Strong Recommendation to Not Stay We were thoroughly dissatisfied with every aspect of the hotel. Our most basic expectation was cleanliness, but they completely failed to meet even that. First, the hygiene conditions were extremely poor. There were stains in the bathing area, the towels were incredibly dirty, and the bed linens had visible stains as well, causing an itchy feeling during sleep. This falls far short of even basic hotel standards. We also couldn't understand why the staff didn't promptly address the clogged sink that we reported, initially dismissing it as a joke until we showed them a video, at which point he stopped the joke. Furthermore, they slandered us by claiming that we had dropped the bottle cap down the drain, which was not the case. Moreover, the hotel staff, especially the room service personnel, had an extremely poor attitude. As guests, we expect to be treated with at least basic respect, not ordered which just like dogs. The staff member scolded us for dirtying a towel, when the towels themselves were already stained, even left on the toilet. When we disputed this, on the next day they refused to believe us about the clogged sink issue. While the reviews we saw beforehand indicated the staff was generally polite, we noticed a stark difference in how they treated us compared to other guests. As two Asian females, we were met with a remarkably unfriendly attitude. Overall, this hotel failed to properly address our problems, and projected an unwelcoming atmosphere. We strongly recommend against staying at this hotel.
