The hotel environment is good, the service staff is very friendly, thank you very much for helping us communicate the airport delivery, the breakfast tastes good, and the Chinese are very friendly. The only thing is that the path to the hotel is a bit narrow, and you can't get in by taxi

The location is a bit remote, and you have to walk uphill to get out. The environment is quiet, with a small yard. The surrounding area is relatively deserted. There are often geckos and insects in the yard. The facilities are complete, including a capsule coffee machine, a rich breakfast, and good front desk service.

We have just come back from an absolutely wonderful week staying at Danae Suites. We arrived at midnight and were met by Christian at Reception who showed us to our suite and took the time to explain everything we needed to know from the outset. This place truly has the WOW factor especially with the infinity pool with amazing sea view and of the islands. We stayed in a deluxe sea view suite and the attention to detail was first class. From the welcome bottle of wine, robes, slippers, toiletries, even a razor and sewing kit to the fridge, iron and ironing board everything to make our stay as stress free as possible. Then the staff especially Christian and Maritina on Reception could not do enough for us with restaurant bookings, taxi transfers and their enthusiasm to make our stay memorable went above and beyond. The bar staff who worked from breakfast to late night were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Book to stay here for an unforgettable experience of luxury accommodation, good knowledgable staff and fantastic sunset views within a short walk to Finikia and about a 25 min walk to centre of Oia. Location was perfect. Thank you for a truly magical stay. Cant wait to return.

The most perfect stay! We have just returned from 4 nights at Danae Suites and couldn’t be happier with our trip. We got upgraded to the split level villa with pool after a little mix up with our room (all handled wonderfully) and we were blown away with the standard of the room. We had our own private pool with an incredible view of the sea and everything we needed in the room. Breakfast each day was lovely and a great selection. We did a mixture of sunbathing by our pool and the public one, every time there were plenty of beds and it was extremely clean. Service at the bar was great and nothing was too much trouble. The walk to Oia was about 20 minutes but no trouble at all. Slightly uphill but didn’t bother us. We also ate one night in Finikia which was lovely. The only issue we had was our Uber on the way dropped us about 10 mins away which was tricky as we had luggage to carry to the hotel and on the way back we tried to order another Uber and they refused to come to the hotel so had to pay £15 more for a taxi. Hopefully in time this will improve. Thanks so much to everyone at Danae Suites, it was the best post-engagement break. We would love to return!
