Hotel was clean but not up to mark. There were smell outside the room in the Balcony. AC was not working. Good location for Airport departure. Calm place but washroom was operational but too much salt sea salt water was there in Washroom. Reception was good and happy to recommend for single or group of friends but not for couple.

I had a very nice 2 day stay at this hotel, it was located closely to the airport. The owner was very helpful and the rest of the staff the room had a balcony overlooking the pool. Their is a local shop closeby where you can buy coffees and breakfast.

Terrible service. Did not tell us the correct prices for transfers. Were not available. Towels never clean. Shower was overflowing all over the bathroom. And to top it all off, they made us move rooms on our last night without notice. Came back to the hotel and had to pack in a hurry to quickly tranfer rooms. Would never return there or recommend the hotel.

Lovely hotel, clean and friendly staff. It was in a quite location, which was nice about 3miles from Kamari. We had the Deluxe Suite in the Windmill, which was a fantastic room, apart from the air-conditioning was broken and the room got exceptionally hot. There were sunbeds and a private pool for the 3 rooms in the Windmill, which was a decent size, although a table and chairs would have been a nice addition to sit at of an evening. Buffet breakfast was OK, good selection of food and the staff kept it replenished and clean. There was a bus stop just outside, €2 took you into Fira from where you could get a bus (air-conditioned coach) o anywhere on the island.

Quite but charming - very chilled - lovely surroundings - Wi-Fi not the best - pool bar expensive - remote - but very special Kamari a short distance with exceptional eateries and bars Local shop 3 minute walk serves well Pool area the best visited

Overall experience was very disappointing. No tee, coffee, sugar or milk in room. Room telephone did not work. No duvet cover on inner. Window shutter could not close...... Aircon placed to near to shutter. Floor dirty. Worst of all hair from previous guest in bathroom on floor and shower wall. Breakfast was very basic, better variety was experienced at a three star hotel in Athens.

An Excellent Stay in Every Way! I stayed at this hotel and the experience was more than perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth. The room was clean and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, close to almost everything, which made it easy for me to get around and explore the city. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality from all the staff. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again!
