Minas was wonderful, along with Matthias. So nice in every way. Loved our arrival fresh drink and bottle of wine. And arranged some breakfast as we had a very early check out. Very considerate and helpful Mina’s was at all times. A lovely start to an amazing stay. Matthias was so happy and friendly too. Our room was next to the laundry or kitchen. Quite noisy at times with a couple of the staff talking and we couldn’t open the window as a staff member was sitting right there and had food, drink on window ledge. The internet was sketchy the majority of the time however Mina’s helped with connection for my partner to work. Loved our stay overall! Thank you to them

Fantastic location! Of the 3 junior suites, we had the smallest but this was more than compensated by the location of the jacuzzi (no one walked past it)! Delighted with our stay!

The location is very good, but there is an old receptionist named clo or klo who has a very bad attitude and is full of discrimination against Asians. Everyone should avoid him. Chinese people must fight for their rights when traveling abroad. Another receptionist MARiA is very nice and helped us solve the problem later. But I want to make the boss pay attention to this by giving a bad review! People like that should not be used

We stayed there for one week but didn’t have a good experience with the cleaning service at all. They didn’t clean the pool properly. The swere line was keep coming out everday messing with your view. So if you are trying to have a nice pic from luxury city, this hotel shouldn’t be your place and by far we got one of their largest suits with private pool

Staffs are rude. You have to choose your breakfast one day before and the time is depends on whats they have available. You turn on the AC, they will warn you and ask you to keep the door open to use fresh air. There are only 8 beds available next to the pool. And the most of the rooms with jacuzi have no privacy. So you will be seems by all other guess night and morning who pas by right infront of your room

This hotel was amazing. After my engagement plans with a different venue fell through staff here were responsive in helping me pick the right room and helping me to arrange a private dinner on premise with my fiance. It was magical, and Manos and staff cannot do enough for you, some of the kindest staff I've met in any hotel. I think this hotel is excellent value for money. The room prices are reasonable, but the views are straight out of a luxury travel magazine. Even the communal areas in this hotel are top of the line. Santorini was one of those locations that I thought we'd go once, but with how amazing this hotel, the ambient and views were, we'll no doubt be back.

The hotel offers great views along the Caldera but requires navigating steep steps. The pool is small, with only 4 sunbeds, making it essential to arrive early for a spot. Our room had a non-functioning key card and phone bell. While there was a kettle, there were no cups, spoons, or supplies. Housekeeping kept the room clean, though facecloths and gowns were not always available, they were inconsistent. However these items were provided quickly upon request. The room was small yet had a lovely view, the balcony was close to the footpath, allowing passersby to be up close and personal but also to see inside the room through the window. The bed was comfortable, but one side was against the wall, making it tricky to get out, you either climbed over your partner or scrambled out the foot end. The bathroom had a cave-like design with a great shower, but the stained basin and partially blocked drain needed attention, and the door frame was damaged with exposed nails. The restaurant offered excellent views, but sadly was without an atmosphere and during our stay it was empty whenever we passed by. We cancelled our only planned meal there. The manager was friendly but clearly ineffective, as room issues were never resolved and the bathroom problems seemed longstanding. Promises of fixes were not fulfilled. We only had breakfast at the hotel. Breakfasts started poorly. After a few days, our breakfast preferences were finally met, it was simple order. The pastry items were however always fresh. The breakfast delivery staff member was serious, contrasting with the friendliness of other staff members. Location is excellent. Good access to OIA and the port where water taxis can be found.

The hotel, like the others extends down the side of the Caldera thus offering excellent views. Access to all areas requires negotiating steep steps. The pool is tiny like many in the area but with only 4 sunbeds. You need to be up early to grab one if you plan to sunbathe and you have little to no chance later in the day. Our room. Key card wasn’t working and neither was the phone bell/ringer. There was a kettle but no cups, saucers, spoons, coffee or tea or other supplies to go with it. House keeping. The room was always clean and tidy. Getting facecloths or gowns was not a certainty but quickly rectified when we called. The room was small with a lovely view from the balcony and room window. However the balcony sits adjacent to the foot path that runs along the caldera so passers by can look into your room. Bed. Comfortable but one side is against the wall so one has to either climb over your partner or scramble to the end of the bed. Bathroom. Cave-like style with excellent shower. The basin was badly stained and drain partially blocked, the door frame has lost part of its architrave and the nails exposed but bent over. Restaurant uninspiring but with excellent views. During our 6 days we never saw anyone eat there. It wasn’t surprising the manager was able to guarantee us a table on the first night, with the best views and at such short notice. The manager is friendly but not very effective. Ineffective because the faults in the room were never fixed. The issues in the bathroom appeared to have been there a while. Promises to get things done or fixed were not kept. Breakfast was the only meal we ate at the hotel and we had the same each day. The first breakfast was a disaster. Fruit platter was the same as the fruit salad and was served in a bowl not dish. On day 3 consistency with our breakfast prefer was finally achieved. Eventually it was delivered on a tray with the correct number of plates, bowls and food items. The patisserie items we had were always fresh. The chap who delivered breakfast each day was very serious, not very welcoming. He was unlike his colleagues who were both friendly and helpful. 2nd attempt The hotel offers great views along the Caldera but requires navigating steep steps.
