Mystique, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Santorini

Great hotel to experience Santorini live in a cave. Grounds and hotel is well taking care of. Hotel staff is there anytime you need them for help. They will help book tours and transfers. Marriott members will receive free Bkfast if you have status.

What a spectacular resort! The concierge service provided exceptional support even before our arrival, offering recommendations for activities and restaurants, and handling all our reservations and transportation needs seamlessly. Every staff member exceeded our expectations, ensuring all our needs were met. Our suite was stunning, with breathtaking views. The only drawback, particularly for older guests, is the number of steps built into the rocky landscape. Despite that, it’s easily a 5-star experience and beyond!

Probably one of the most authentic hotel room we stayed at. It just was great. Of course it’s Santorini. Hotel itself is very picturesque, has an infinity pool with breathtaking view but is only perfect for those who are physically capable to go up and down the stairs. If its not the case then this place is beautiful to enjoy Santorini and what it offers.

Stayed here early July for 5 nights in 2 of the Wet Allure Suites(#34 has a bigger bathroom and better view than #33). We appreciated the size of the rooms but the ceiling height of the doorway to the bathroom was so low that my husband (5'9)and I (5'5) had to duck to enter and both of us hit our heads on it. The shower ceiling height is so low that I can place my flat palm upon it. Some ants constantly milling around at the bathroom doorway floor and loud A/C at night were annoying but not a big deal to us because of the incredible views and we were just happy to be on vacation here. The 2 daybeds out front were perfect for enjoying the late afternoon view as the sun was not shining on our rooms and was completely shaded. Never used the hot tubs. At Charisma restaurant, we were always warmly greeted by Michalis, Anna, Yugita and Argiri. Their customer service skills are exceptional and were a memorable part of our stay. Michalis was so attentive and interested in our enjoyment of everything; he was a fantastic host! For the concierge, we were graciously treated by Maria and Konstantina who were both so friendly and never annoyed by our questions, unlike the 2 males at concierge and at our 2pm check-in who seemed like they're just going thru the motions to get their job done. No welcome drinks/towels were given to the 5 of us at our check-in, which I noticed other guests the next day were given when I went inside the office for a question. If I had not seen that, then I would've not cared.
