Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet place. Spotless cleaning, easy parking and amazing breakfast. Elizabeth is always by your side to help you with all activifies and reservations. All hotels should have this kind of manager. We will definetely come back!

Family of 4 with two adults and two teenage girls, we stayed for a week at Villa Vinsanto in mid October 2025. What can we say, Theano Cave Suites & Villas was the perfect holiday for us. The villa itself is fabulous. It's on the flatter side of the island but up on the hill, i.e. not on the caldera side. We actually prefer this much more. Your are facing the sunrise so you have sun from the early morning and all through the day which suited us. Many similar hotels (ones with private pools) on the caldera side seemed to be adjacent to the path and walkway, so there's no privacy unlike this villa where you are secluded in complete privacy and without any noise. We much more prefer it this way, you'll be dining or having drinks anyway when the sun sets. You're still close to Imerovigli (15min walk), and you can walk to the Fira-Oia pathway on the caldera side in 5mins. Walk to Oia was 8km on the pathway from the hotel, Fira around 4km. The villa itself is stunning. It has one bedroom downstairs, one upstairs which was great for our family. Both bedrooms and living room have separate A/Cs so no issue with the temperature control. There's dining table both in inside and outside. Everything is modern and clean and in good condition and the villa has fully equipped kitchen. Pool had four loungers, and whilst it's private the walls also protect from the wind which is handy. And the pool was heated, we'd guess something around 30-32 degrees Celcius which was incredibly nice in October, especially for an evening dip or early morning swim. We were toured around one of the caves suites as well, we'd recommend those as well from what we saw. Very atmospheric. The service was simply excellent. About two weeks before our trip, Elisabeth from the hotel contacted us and organised an airport pick-up. When we arrived, she greeted us with cake and did a walk-through of the hotel and recommendations on what to do around the island. Elisabeth was both the general manager and the concierge, - just master of all things-, and she really went above and beyond to make our holiday exceptional. She booked us restaurants, she organised a car rental, excursions etc and gave great recommendations on where to go, what to do and where to eat. World famous Greek hospitality at its finest. Without her, we might have e.g. missed some of the ancient villages in the centre of the island which we found exceptional. The restaurant recommendations, especially a one where you access via boat from Ammoudi ,were just incredible. Our recommendation is to tour around the island, it's incredibly versatile. Breakfast was served every morning to the villa. There were eggs in different forms, avocado toast, bread, cereal and a different dessert. We found it very tasty and great every morning, both adults and the kids. Locals told us that October this year was quieter than usual. I suppose that was reflected on the prices adjusting somewhat but the quality of the accommodation vs what we

Theano Cave Suites is a dream! From the moment we arrived, Elizabeth made us feel right at home. She truly cares about her guests. Our suite was perfectly clean, beautifully designed, and the bed was so cozy. The private pool was just incredible with amazing views. Every morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast, and it was always something new, which we loved. Room service was excellent as well. Having free parking right next to the room was super convenient. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Santorini.
