The room is large and very clean. The swimming pool in the hotel is also very beautiful. The receptionist at the front desk was very attentive and provided us with a detailed bus schedule.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. The front desk staff were amazing — super friendly and patient.
The location is also really convenient. Although it’s not in the center of Fira, but just a 5-minute walk to the bus station and less than 10 minutes to the main streets. There’s also a supermarket nearby for snacks and drinks. It's very convenient wherever you want to go.
Thanks to the whole team for making my trip so easy and enjoyable. I’d love to come back!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and their dinner menu was large too. The food at their restaurant was amazing. I will definitely staying there again if i visit santorini.

Considering that hotel rooms in Europe are generally not big, this hotel room is pretty standard. The service is very good. The breakfast is not a buffet, but it is very rich. The most outstanding point is that two large bottles of water are provided free of charge every day, and there are many free drinks such as cola in the refrigerator. It feels like the most generous hotel on this European trip😁. We stayed in a room facing the road. There was a window opening on the balcony facing the road, which was more photogenic😍

Novian Bios Santorini Boutique Hotel is amazing! The staff is warm and caring. The hotel also has a swimming pool. The suites have a beautiful sunset terrace. The design combines tradition and modernity. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The location is quiet and close to the attractions. It is very comfortable to stay and worth coming again!
