Even though it was before check-in time, they showed me to a room early for me while I was waiting. All staff are active and friendly. Above all, the breakfast and spa massage were fantastic.

Very good location in the city Imerovigli - closed to center of city but with amazing view on caldera. Staff was good and helpful. Hotel is big, so sometime it is not easy to find the room when you are "tired" after the dinner ;) They have amazing swim pool!

This was the worst stay of my life – dramatic conditions, no response from the hotel, and a real threat to my child’s health. On the second day we discovered cockroaches in the room, which was scandalous for a hotel of this class. The staff came at 11:00 p.m. to kill the bugs, offered to “clean up” and said we could stay in the room. We refused – my child was terrified, and we were moved to a room without a jacuzzi, without the amenities I had paid for. The reception staff were arrogant and did not even help us with our luggage. Then we were given another room – noisy, next to a utility room. A sleepless night, a child in tears, and the “jacuzzi” turned out to be a small paddling pool shared with 3 other rooms, with no private space at all. There was no parasol provided for my sister, who is ill with cancer – despite many requests, there was zero empathy. The culmination was the situation on July 22, when my child was ****** onto an unprotected grate in the jacuzzi. We had to pull him away by force. It ended with a hospital visit, X-ray, and an extensive subcutaneous hematoma. We reported it – only a staff member came with a spray for burns (!). No assistance, no reaction whatsoever. We had to change rooms 3 times, experiencing stress, pain, and danger to my child’s life. This stay was supposed to be a dream come true, but it was a nightmare. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The hotel does not meet any safety standards nor show honesty towards its guests.

The views are absolutely breathtaking! This hotel surpassed my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. There are 2 restaurants across the street (Dear Elie and Avocado) that are wonderful!

Wow! Perfect place. Staff is amazing. Pool is nice, food is good. Breakfast is typical hotel, heavy on breads. ROOM WITH A VIEW!!!!!! Santorini has a lot of steps. Be prepared for that. Dear Elie restaurant on top behind hotel is great benefit. Also, little market was good too. Everything you need is within a short walk.

We got married at Andromeda and was amazed at the venue Could not fault the staff in any way they were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them. We also stayed two nights at the hotel and again the hotel room was immaculate and very modern. The lady who came to clean the room was very friendly and polite. We had breakfast delivered to our room every morning you do have to pay a charge for the breakfast to come to your room but it’s definitely worth it to have on your balcony looking at that stunning view. There is quite a few steps to get up and down the venue due to it being on a cliff but there is also two lifts to use for most of the stairs. 100% recommend this venue and hotel

The view is amazing. April was not too hot so perfect climate. Upon arrival the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The villas are spread out up and down the cliff. So be ware if you have walking difficulties. Our room was high up which gives you the best views. Rooms are small but clean. Little terrace looking out to sea. The pool area is on a lower level and is not heated so very cold. The pool bar is nice and friendly staff. The food was lovely here. There are more sunbeds and a small plunge pool on another level up from the main pool. If it was peak season I don’t think there would be enough sunbeds for all the guests. Towels are provided. There was a wedding one day in the hotel which looked lovely however the main restaurant was closed due to the wedding which we were not informed of. There is a walk way from the hotel that you can go explore the island in both directions however be mindful of footwear as the path is very un even and steep at times. There are a few mini markets close by and also a carre four larger supermarket about 15 mins walk. The rooms have a small fridge to keep water etc in. The rooms are all close together , you need to cross over other guests terrace to reach your own room. Also you can hear people next door so be ware if like us we had a large noisy group arrive one day. There are few restaurants within walking distance. Santorini is very expensive. On average €10 a wine or beer and about €25-€40 for a main meal.
