Excellent location, turn right when you go out and you will see the Blue Dome Church within 2 minutes, and you can reach the center of Fira town in about ten minutes along the sea view trail. The room facilities are new, large and clean, and the front desk staff is very warm and friendly. The private balcony outside the room offers stunning sunset views. A highly recommended hotel that made our trip wonderful.

This is the most amazing place to stay. I met up with my sister and they couldn’t do enough to offer us adjacent rooms, we were showed us all the best rooms to choose from and so I can say first hand how well designed and decorated each of the suites are. Each one is different, all having an amazing balcony sea view. Sia and her team of very friendly staff do everything they can to ensure your stay is the best. The breakfast every day consists of a plentiful variety of continental breakfast foods, as well as eggs, (cooked to order if you prefer, as I did) beans, continental sausage and bacon. There’s also a good choice of fresh fruit, cereals and cheeses. What more could you ask? Oh yes, that it is served with a smile. Thank you Alex and your team. As for the location of cliff side suites, it’s a 10 minute walk the flat route into Fira though it’s less picturesque than the coastal path which takes a little longer 15 to 20 minutes. In Fira you can easily catch the local buses to see more of the island. My favourite was the beautiful sunsets each evening from our balcony or from any of the local restaurants very close to the hotel. Yes there are lots of steps, but take your time they are manageable. I saw it as good daily exercise for me, but if you do have problems with walking you may struggle. However don’t rule it out, ring Sia at reception to see if they can assist. There are rooms with very few steps to navigate. 10/10 from my sister and I .

Very dissapointed with our balcony / terrace , we complained on our1st night about our room and room next door having to share the balcony , we were told we also had the terrace which was used by all on arrival and on departure from the hotel (not really ours) our balcony had 2 sets of chairs but the 3 people in next door decided 1 of our so called chairs was there's to use we had 1 chair in reality very uncomfortable also we did not want to cause a argument with the 2 couples who stayed there during our week , we loved the views they were fantastic , we never made any more complaints as we were told the hotel was full but I will not use jet2 for holidays anymore , I did complain to them jet2 holidays and waited over a month and not heard anything , we were in room 102 , breakfast was very poor but we still made the holiday work for us both would not go back there again , if you want views this is your place but do aldduck on your room

This hotel, I simply can not describe! One of the best I have ever stayed in. Phenomenal service from all the staff. They work so hard, and beyond to make your stay perfect in every way! I arrived and booked a double room. Upon arrival, I was upgraded at no charge to a triple. This room is so wonderful and has a perfect view and balcony to enjoy and relax. Anyone looking to stay in Firostefani, Santorini, I highly recommend it 👍

Perfect location with stunning view!The hotel is nice and clean.The staff is amazing and helpful, they always try to do the best for you. Victor helps with luggage and Mateo is there fot the best service at the pool bar area.We wish to return back in the future!!!!

Absolutely stunning location. The sunset was better here than it was in other more popular places! However, this is where the positives really stop. The rooms were quite basic. Staff very friendly but not well organised. Breakfast was grim and water was kept under lock and key (literally) during breakfast . Staff would pour a tiny glass for you if requested. Our first night was incredibly late and we were downgraded as our "superior" room had no electric. No "compensation" for having to move rooms twice was ever offered, not even a drink 🤦♀️. The room we were downgraded into didn't have a bathroom mirror and the bathroom door didn't shut properly either. Could try harder with service but don't because they rely purely on their location which is the most beautiful place ever.

The beuty is beyond words. The staff are amazing and helpful. The rooms are lovely and clean. The views are stunning. Its about a 20 minute walk to fira center but the walk is breathtaking. There are restaurants right outside the hotel. So there is always something to do.
