Good landscape effect

This is also a landscape hotel for watching the sunset. The surrounding area belongs to a deep resort area. There are snack restaurants and shopping shops above the stone steps, which are quite convenient. To go out, you need to walk or take a bus to connect to the town of Fira. I am very grateful to the two bellman who helped me carry my luggage when I took the room and checked out. Great people! 👍

My friend and I booked a 3 night stay at Mill House, it was by far the best customer service we have experienced since we started travelling Europe. We arrived at 2 am as our flights were changed last minute & Kelly came to Mill House to check us in at 2 am, extremely happy with the customer service & they all most definitely go above and beyond for their guests. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking about visiting Santorini! P.S the views & rooms are gorgeous, 100% worth your money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic suites to visit Santorini. The fuites are lovely, clean, fantastic views. Very good location on the island The team was fantastic, very nice people. Near to the restaurants, bars and stores. Thanks to Kelly and Andreas for the attention.

Andre, Abdul, Kelly, and Jinas were amazing! Awesome staff and incredible view! We had breakfast with a view every morning at a time of our choosing and it was incredible. You cannot beat the food and people and views here. Rent a moped and right around town!

Excellent hotel. We had a junior suite and a spacious room right next to the pool. The scenery is absolutely stunning. I have never experienced such scenery on our travels. The staff are the best, especially Kelly and Andreas at the pool. I can recommend this hotel. There are a lot of stairs, so maybe not suitable for people with bad feet :)

The location was amazing. The people were kind and helpful, especially Andres who brought us breakfast each morning and carried our bags up and down all those steps. He and everyone were friendly and welcoming. We slept well and had a wonderful vacation.

What a fantastic place to stay , the views were amazing and we had a pool just outside our room as well as a bar . There were lounge chairs and pool towels supplied . Rooms were lovely , beds a bit on the hard side but the showers were hot and the air conditioner was cool. There was a pod coffee machine and a bottle of complimentary water in fridge and tea making items as well as toiletries and lovely body lotion . Breakfast was very substantial plenty to eat and fresh fruit as well . We ended up keeping what was left from our breakfast , we had for dinner that night after enjoying a restaurant meal for lunch . On arrival the man came and took our case down 128 steps , this was the only downfall , as we then had to walk back up the steps to go out . Kelly at reception was very helpful and we were given a lovely homemade lemonade on our arrival . Would recommend this place for the views , but not if you have bad knees . The porter then took our bags back to the top of the street as well , 4 trips up and down 128 steps Sunset was magnificent

Did not do my due diligence to read reviews.We went with friends and this hotel was recommended to them. We are in our 70’s. 137 steps to your room, very few handrails, no restaurant so you would have to climb back up 137 steps to the street and back down.The room is like a cave. Light was in my eyes, my husband is tall and hit his head twice and he had to bend down to look in the mirror. They give you one large bottle of water. You have to pay for a small breakfast. We had just been in a beautiful resort in Mykonos which was cheaper with restaurants, wonderful views , large room with balcony, Anything you would want for breakfast and included. They shuttle you to other restaurants for dinner if you desired. We immediately told them we couldn’t stay. Manager not available. We found the NOUS which was very nice but had to pay for our rooms. The next day the manager did offer us two rooms near the top but we had already made arrangements and they did comp our breakfast. Definitely for us not worth the money.

Just came back from a 5 day stay in Firostefani/ Santorini Greece at the Mill Houses. We LOVED it! Shout out to the staff as they were all so accommodating. Andrea, Thank you for your attentiveness at breakfast, Hiking our luggage up flights of stairs, attending to our hot tub and anything else we needed. Room was so comfy and huge! We were in the millhouse suite and it was perfect for me and my husband. Well appointed and so comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great hospitality.

Mill houses was absolutely faultless in every aspect. We loved Santorini but the property itself made our experience soo much better. It is just a short walk from the main part of Fira and the staff honestly cannot do more for you if they tried.

What a fabulous place to stay on Santorini. We loved every minute at the mill house. We ate our delicious breakfast on our balcony with the most incredible view of the sea. We spent time exploring the gorgeous neighbourhoods, sat by the pool, ate at incredible seafood restaurants, had aperitif on our balcony watching the sunset. Kelly helped us with anything we needed to know and organised restaurant bookings and transport to other villages. Andres went over and beyond to bring us breakfast (with extra coffee), water and towels around the pool, and we felt really mean he had to carry our heavy suitcases up all those stairs. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for making it so special!
