We loved everything about this place. Nikos is a great host, we had a few concerns upon arrival but everything was sorted in a few minutes. Nikos picked up us from the airport on time, he helped us with local places and restaurants. Also when l disclosed my concerns about the room we originally booked he upgraded our room free of charge. The lady who makes the breakfast is lovely. All staff are super friendly and helpful. We would back again for sure. Great host, clean place, nice room, comfortable bed, good location.

Loved this place Nico the owner was very helpful right from picking us up from the airport. Everything we needed in the room was there the hot tub was amazing yes it’s on a road but that wasn’t a problem,walking to shops and bars on the road was abit tricky but we found away through the streets off the road. Big thanks to yannis the taxi driver a friend of Nico’s he made us feel like a vip talking us to the coast to another resort he even called ahead to a bar and made us a reservation. A big thanks to Nico’s mum who did the breakfast tray every morning from fruit to cereal and toasted sandwiches. Lovely place and lovely host ❤️

Avoid Avoid Avoid! I would like to say in all my years travelling this has to be the worst host we've ever come across. We booked the apartment about a year in advance as it was our daughters wedding. From the very start alarm bells rang, we never had any information at from the owner Nikos, he ignored every message we sent, including WhatsApp, read them but no reply, we trusted that the place had been booked though Airbnb, how foolish we were. We even went to the apartment and spoke to the manager, about arriving on the Friday, he said yes everything is fine we will see you Friday, this was on Wednesday morning, on Wednesday evening we received confirmation that it had been cancelled, due to building work, complete rubbish, we'd seen it on the morning! We then had to find somewhere else to stay. The owner is a complete joke and waste of space, no communication at all, and obviously lied to us on the Wednesday and when it was cancelled at 8.30pm on the Wednesday night. Please avoid this place, there are plenty of decent places to stay around Fira, and this place is not one of them, absolute joke and a terrible way to treat people and run your shoddy business. No respect at all, disgraceful.......

This place is awful!! Don't stay here. No hot water or wifi. Dirty. Receptionist is very rude, I have never ever experienced anyone talk to a gust in a such bad way. We booked online with credit card but upon arrival was told they only take cash. So don't be fooled by the good reviews like we were. Don't make the mistake to stay here. There are many better places in the neighborhood!

I am a travel agent and for me an experience at the hotel began at the moment of the reservation, but they don't understand this, they only care about money! Very bad client attention. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, such a bad hotel in courtesy and service to customers. No phone support of you have any trouble with your reservation. I had a mistake in my reservation and I have written and phoned several times but they do not give you any information, just say to call later, and later and later. The man was an arrogant and rude person who clearly says he is interested only in getting the booking and he does not care for any customer service. My recommendation to you, stay away from this place and this people and are only interested to your money, not to you!

My husband and I went to Santorini to celebrate 10 years of marriage together. We stayed at Amera Suites from 28 September to 3 October 2023. We were immediately welcomed, from the airport to the apartment they explained everything to us. The location of this room is fantastic! We also rented a quad through them and when we arrived it was already under the house. Thanks to its location in a few minutes we were in any wonderful place in Santorini. The room is clean, gorgeous, just as you see in the photos. The tub outside on the terrace has hot water with hydromassage. Set the time for breakfast and every morning the lady will bring you a very good and varied breakfast with the inevitable Greek yogurt and fresh fruit. Thanks also to our stay here we spent 5 wonderful days!!

I don't know how they have these positive reviews. It is impossible to get in touch with the facility. I don't answer your phone or even your messages on WhatsApp. For a month I tried to talk to the facility and the few times they answered me they told me to call back or write on WhatsApp without ever having an answer to a serious and important problem of mine. Rude is an understatement, they charge for a service they don't provide. I have always traveled but I have never received worse treatment in my life especially paying dearly. I strongly advise against it and I hope everyone never meets people like these. Terrible experience, learn manners and do your job well because apparently you are only interested in money!
