To make it convenient for others The hotel said that the distance from the airport to the hotel is 1 km, which is calculated by crossing the airport runway. Can people cross the runway at will? So the hotel is making false propaganda and misleading guests. The plane was delayed. We got off the plane at 00:30. According to the hotel's instructions, we turned left after leaving the airport, and when the airport road ended, we turned right and arrived at the hotel about 300 meters away. So I didn't book a car. Unexpectedly, when I arrived at the airport, the navigation showed that I had to go around a horseshoe shape for 2.4 kilometers. I didn't dare to call a taxi at the airport gate. There was no sign and I didn't know whether it was a regular taxi. I saw the shuttle bus of other hotels. It took 40 minutes to get to the hotel in the dark. When I checked in again on the evening of the 19th, I asked the front desk to call a taxi at 4:15 the next morning. We agreed to pay 20 euros. Then a Belgian girl said that she was on the same flight as us and wanted to take our car. The hotel also charged another 20 euros. The front desk said that this is the rule here. Later, the Belgian girl called a taxi at 04:00 alone. The next day, when we arrived at the front desk at 04:10, we found that the Belgian girl had not left yet and said that the car had not come. The front desk said that we were still in the same car. At 04:25, the car still had not come, so the Belgian girl walked to the airport with us. To summarize, 1. Don't trust the efficiency of Europeans; 2. Stay in a hotel within your physical control; 3. Europeans are very rigid and charge two fees for one car; 4. If the weather is bad this time, the car will not come and you can't walk, you may miss the flight; 4. Airport hotels are generally not good.

I placed an order on Ctrip, but found out within five minutes that the room I booked was not suitable. I asked for a refund and a new order. But it was rejected. I lost a day's room fee and will not stay at his hotel. I can't comment on the sanitation facilities. First of all, the service awareness has made us prefer to lose the room fee than stay.

I was so excited to be in Santorini, 1st time…but this hotel although cute; its located near airport, the constant noise of the planes is annoying but the smell of the diesel fuel that i understand is due to being near a diesel plant is awful; its as if you can taste it. The towels are air dried which I wouldn’t hate but incredibly abrasive …I also noticed I started getting bites overnight and attributed it to mosquitoes but my last night I was bitten 9x on my hand arm leg and chest and fairly certain I experienced bed bugs. I was flying to Mykonos immediately went to a pharmacy got cortisone cream & all natural bug spray as the itch and inflammation was unbearable for 2-3 days. Also, i was here for 3 days did not rent a car got the bus into Fira ez enough (to then transfer & go to Oia) however the hotel is so far from EVERYTHING….the only thing its close to is the airport.

This hotel was a delightful surprise. I selected it because we needed an overnight stay before flying home from Santorini. I selected it because of it’s proximity to the airport and because it was relatively inexpensive. Having said that, I wish we had booked it for longer as in many ways except one it was far superior to the other far more expensive hotels in which we had stayed. Our arrival at the hotel could have been under better circumstances. We had asked the hotel to organise a transfer from the ferry port to the hotel. In the chaos that is Santorini ferry port the driver had failed to meet us. As it turned out, this was not his fault. The ferry company changes ships that morning and was late arriving in Santorini, hence the mix-up. We ended up in a packed mini-bus doing a tour of the island eventually arriving at our hotel. The welcome we received at the hotel was wonderful. They were most apologetic for the mix-up even though it was in no way their fault. To compensate us for our inconvenience they provided a beautiful platter of fruit, which we thoroughly enjoyed eating on our patio outside our room. Next morning they even insisted on covering the cost of our taxi to the airport. The hotel was a short walk down a quiet road to the small village and beach of Monolithos, which was another delight. Our room was adequate with a comfortable bed. The only drawback was that the sink was in the room and the shower in the shower room had no door so than everything got wet, but this was a budget price hotel where the benefits greatly outweighed the drawbacks. Breakfast was an ample buffet that could either be eaten in the breakfast room or by the pool. The pool even had a bar service that was open all day. This hotel was a wonderful find.

I would have put 3/5 (the hotel is nothing special, price is slightly high but Santorini is super expensive, the staff was nice and the hotel is very close to the airport), but I am going for 2/5 cause I realized the only chance to write a review of it is trhoug Tripadvisor (Booking wrote me is not possible with unknown reason and also on Google it seems non possible) and I consider it not completely clear. They provide u transfer solution for 20 euros for litteraly less than 5 min of trip, but again this is Santorini standard

I paid for a superior room with pool, and when we were taken to the room there was no water in the pool. We asked for an alternative room and initially were told there was none, but we’re then taken to another room with a pool. The room itself is fine, clean albeit soulless (like the rest of the hotel) but the outside space badly lets this room down. The patio and pool are filthy they obviously haven’t been cleaned for a while. Being so close to the airport doesn’t bother us, but beware this hotel really is out on a limb, surrounded by building work with only a couple of restaurants on the seafront. All in all for the one night we’re staying it’ll do, but it’s definitely not worth the money and I would hate to be here for any longer then 24 hours.

I need to set right previous reviews. As an exoticca hotel it’s charm not superior. There’s no fire issue. The key is attached to the electrical control for the room lights, as it has been at all the hotels on our trip except Athens. Our door locked by way of a button on the back that opened when we twisted the door knob. Yes it is a little out of the way with only 3 bars/ restaurants at the beach. It’s about a 2.5 mile walk to Kamari, a busy resort. There are buses from the beach to Thira & from there anywhere on the island. I also point out that no matter where you are on the island, you have to get a bus to Thira to go anywhere else. Yes it’s near the airport so there is a smell of airline fuel in the air. The hotel itself is clean. The breakfast is plentiful & there is the offer of food fresh cooked from the kitchen if there aren’t many guests. Oh my the fresh cheese pies & sausage rolls though are worth getting up early for😋 The bar is a bit disappointing but they do a limited menu if you need to eat in the evening. Overall, not as bad as I was expecting when I thought I’d be looking to move based on previous reviews. Just shows, open mind & give places a chance👍

Our tour company Exoticca booked this hotel. Upon arrival we discovered that it is located about 400 meters south of the island’s diesel electric power generation plant. At times we could smell its diesel fumes and hear its generators. Look up street view on a web browser map for the road about 400 meters north to see the power plant for yourself. The hotel is also a block away from a noisy airport runway. The location is far away (by island standards) from most attractions and busses can run as infrequently as one every 2 hours. Many locations also require changing busses each way. We rented a car to avoid spending most of our day riding public transport. The closest beach is dirty as can be seen in traveler photos on web browser maps. ALL 10 travelers in our tour were very disappointed with this hotel. Reviewers we never met rated this hotel highly. However, we strongly disagree with the overall 4-Star rating given that positive reviews can be purchased for as little as $20 each. Check facts in addition to opinions before you decide.
