What you book and what you get are totally different! Booked a 4 star hotel and ended up with a two star hotel! The pictures they had on the booking site when we booked were completely different to what we ended up with. We went to A&G suites but we were told we had to go to Blue hotel to check in. The lady at reception was nice to begin with. We were told we had to go to the Lignos Hotel. Bare in mind we had been travelling since 2am from home it was late afternoon so we were obviously disgruntled we had to go somewhere else. The lady then became blunt and abrupt. Greece is having a heatwave so we were hot and looking forward to going to our room, baring in mind the pictures showed a beautiful light airy room. We were met with a dark room with a tiny sliver of a window or a quite unsecured shutter on the door which had no glass. Someone could easily break in with little force. The room was clean thanks to the cleaning staff. The shower was a joke, it was a small basin at the bottom with broken shelving, a shower head that did not stay up properly and the shower curtain that looked like it was held up with a recycled umbrella wire, the curtain also clung to your skin as there wasn't much room to avoid it. There was a nice area to sit outside with table and seating. It was more central but as you'd expect also more noisy. We queried where we were staying and was told we must have been looking at a different hotel! Please do not insult our intelligence. The pictures on the booking site have now been changed to reflect the hotel you're actually given, well almost, there is still one which is nothing like what you'd get. You only have to look at images for it to see what they were falsely advertising. If we had time we would have gone to the reception to sort it however we only had a day and a half on Santorini with excursions and meals booked so we didn't have time. Communication from them was very poor and like I said, told us we had booked wrong. We also had a little visitor, must have come in through the non existent pane of glass on the door or under the large gap under the door. The room is fine if that is what you were expecting but not for the luxury we were expecting. Please don't be scammed, do not book here!

Absolutely amazing apartments if you are planning a divorce or breaking up with your lady. Utterly disappointing stay in Santorini, only activity saving us from this hotel hell was the one day trip to Oia. FYI: one hour before check in, we received a message in Booking stating that our hotel reservation in A&G Suits was changed to another one, Hotel Hellas. The room was not equivalent for what we had paid for, so forget about refund Pathetic facilities. The rooms in Hotel Hellas remind me of a Soviet prison cell. I wish my enemies not to experience such horror.

BEWARE OF BOOKING HERE Booked two rooms for 2 couples. We arrived but there were no rooms available. Also we had lots of problems with the money side of things - debited our account twice, refusing to return the money until we arrived at the hotel, still taking 15 days before it was returned, that was after involving our bank and booking. Com.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AND ALL ASOCIATED HOTELS We turned up for our booking in June 2024 to be told that our booking which we booked a year ago & we were charged twice for the one booking & were told to sort it out on our arrival, we arrived to be told that our booking was for 2 rooms and 2 people (not true we were 2 couples 2 rooms) so they had to put us in another hotel. English became an issue when they were questioned, we transported to another hotel of lesser quality (no refund of the difference in price) and left to it. they are rude and this is how they operate its a scam dont book taxis with them as they clip the ticket all the way- they fleece you and dont care about it. We did finally get the refund back after getting in touch with our booking agent 12months later and had to deal with it while on our trip very disappointed and feeling let down by booking agents who have this business and other hotels associated with them on their books

Booked in at A&G Suites AKA Blue Suites not given Deluxe room with Jacuzzi as booked; apparently there was a problem with it, 2 days later the same room was being advertised!! Provided accommodation elsewhere. Not meaning to sound ungrateful but had read other reviews saying the same thing beforehand and had contacted them about having a room with Jacuzzi. The use of Jacuzzi was going to be a treat to ourselves and we were both disappointed. Other rooms we saw also had private Jacuzzi but not offered one of those at Blue Suites. Noticed the original room at A&G Suites was advertised as available from 4th-7th July when we were still in Santorini. If you advertise a particular room your Guests should have been provided with the original Booking as agreed that I had paid for well in advance. The Blue Suites female Receptionist offered me my money back, what were we supposed to do having arrived in a new place!! The other Hotel had lots of steps and very bad internet. False advertising should not be permitted and I am not satisfied with the way Blue Suites in Santorini dealt with my complaint. Avoid at all costs unless you don't mind ending up elsewhere.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! I booked with A&G suites and had the most terrible experience. The property messaged me the day I was arriving to tell me that the room I booked, a beautiful deluxe suite with a hot tub, wasn’t available and that they would be sending us to a completely different hotel that was “better and had a beautiful view”. When I arrived, this hotel was up a giant hill where cars couldn’t go, then down 100s of steps. I was travelling with 2 suitcases and a backpack and it was very difficult work. When I got there they told me I would stay there for 1 night then a shuttle would pick me up and I would get my room at A&G suites the following day. When I got to the room, it was okay, but still did not have a hot tub like I had paid for. The next day came and we went to where they told us to wait for them at 11am. There was no one waiting to pick us up. I contacted them and they said the car had broken down and to get a taxi and they would pay for it. When we arrived at blue suites to check it, they said they would not pay for it. I have messages from them saying they would pay. They then told us that our room at A&G suites wasn’t available still because of a problem with the hot tub and that we would stay here at the hotel. They showed us the room and it was significantly less than what we had booked, a standard room, not deluxe. It had mould in the bathtub and rust all around the faucets. It looked nothing like what I had booked and there was not hot tub. I complained and she said that was all she had and if we wanted a refunded we could go somewhere else. Otherwise, if we stay, we would get free breakfast and free transfer to the airport on our last day and a possibility of moving on the last couple nights. There was nowhere to go and we were exhausted from all the travelling, so we accepted these terms. The next morning we went to have breakfast and it was awful! A couple boiled eggs, oily cheap sausages, some bread, cheese, ham, tomato and cucumber. That is not a breakfast that would compensate for everything we lost and had already paid for. Upon researching, I found that the room we were given was significantly cheaper than what I had paid for, costing only €96 per night where as I had paid €140 per night for the deluxe suite. I went to the reception to ask to move to a better suite on our 4th day as this was when they said we could move. The lady was very rude, asking me why I hadn’t complained sooner, which I had. She told me she gave us free breakfast as compensation and I told her that the breakfast provided does not compensate for €150+ lost. She then moved us to a deluxe suite in the hotel for the last 2 nights. I again, asked for a partial refund for the nights missed and the money lost staying in the horrible room. She said she would not be giving any refund. Again, very rude. This is atrocious customer service. Going back and forth from reception and from different hotels and rooms is not what any holiday should con

Dont you ever think about booking this place. They deducted from our Visa 200 euros when our booking was with free cancellation. You contact them and they dont even bother to reply you back. Dont waste your time ,book somewhere else.

I arrived here in Santorini to find no one at the reception area. We called in advance to tell ********** that we would be doing a late check in. I was tokd that wouldnt be an issue and was told to ask for Anastasia. The number on the websjtr and email is nkt an operating number. Feel like i was scamned because i was left stranded in another country with no where to stay. As I read the reviews, i see other guest have had the same issue of no one answeing after they paid. This is absolutely ridiculous and i want a full refund.
