Great location and beautiful view - a few minutes walk from the taxi drop-off location, the hotel staff helped us bring luggage.

The hotel is in a good location. It is not on the cliff where tourists gather. The environment is quite quiet. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room did not work well. The communication with the hotel was intermittent, which affected my mood. However, Ctrip tried its best to negotiate with the hotel for this problem and gave a satisfactory solution. I still have to go to Ctrip to book a hotel. They handle problems quickly and consider the guests. I give Ctrip a good review

The waiter is very strong and helped me carry my 25 kg luggage up and down. The boss is very enthusiastic and takes good care of me. The hotel has a nice view and the sunset can be watched from the hotel. Recommended and worth booking again. Food is a bit pricey.

El lugar está bien aunque la habitación es un poco incomoda al tener el TV de costado a la cama. Esto porque la cama se encuentra de frente a la puerta/ventanal que da hacia la entrada, lo que se hizo así para disfrutar la vista de la caldera y mar. Sin embargo esa vista no se disfruta mucho porque las cortinas deben cerrarse para tener privacidad con lo cual la vista desde adentro de la habitación se disfruta poco. El baño esta bien, tiene buen tamaño, está limpio y el agua sale con presión y a buena temperatura. El desayuno es un poco confuso, se sirve en un bar o taberna que formaría parte del hotel pero no está claro que es lo que te sirven como desayuno. En conclusión, estimo que como la mayoría de los servicios y alojamientos que se ofrecen en Santorini, es caro en su relación costo-beneficio. Se paga el lugar y la vista disponible

There were 8 of us total; 4 couples and we had the best time. Panos, the manager was fantastic. We had a delicious breakfast every morning looking out at the sea. It was a delight to stay there. There are a lot of steps down to your rooms so if steps are an issue this is not the place for you, but neither is Santorini to be honest. Would stay here again and again! Location was perfect for our group- in the middle of everything.

Beautiful view in a great location and soaking tubs cool. Very friendly owners/staff Fyi there are a lot of stairs involved and a little rustic by US standards but would stay again.

We stayed for four nights and have nothing but positive things to stay. The view is the main attraction, but the staff was friendly and the rooms were in good condition and cleaned daily. They roped off the entrance so that non hotel guests couldn’t come down the stairs, so we had no issues with privacy. Upon arrival, they sent someone down to assist with our bags which was beyond appreciated since you have to walk up steps. Note that this is located off the cliff, so the stairs are steep very doable and again…. the view!!! We did have a small issue with our toilet running one night, but the property manager came down within minutes to remedy it. He was attentive and helpful our entire stay, and even remembered my name!
We would recommend staying here and return ourselves if we ever get the chance!
