Air conditioning is not easy to use, Figure 8 ”quilt” is very very thin, stayed frozen for two nights! In the off-season in winter, there is no breakfast, there is no one at the front desk, the location is good, the room is not big, the party is open on the first night, it is noisy until 12 o'clock, and the whole is very disappointing! The sea view room is just to see the sea, very very far, across so many rows of houses, it is estimated that it will take an hour to go to the beach! No slippers, no toiletries!

We stayed at Nissos for a week as a group of 13 (+ baby) for a friends wedding and the hotel was perfect for us! The staff were all absolutely lovely, so relaxed and incredibly accommodating. The location is smack bang in the middle of Thira as well as being minutes from the bus station to explore the rest of the island. Couldn’t recommend staying here more- definitely request the room with the mega terrace overlooking the pool- iconic. Thanks again to all the staff you made our week wonderful!

First visit to Santorini my husband and I travelled with our 2 adult children and we were greeted by the most amazing hotel owner Marco. The accommodation was beautifully kept. Very clean and stylish, comfortable beds and plenty of space for 4 adults. The service we received was outstanding and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Emellion (sorry if its spelt wrong) was so friendly and provided amazing service. Breakfast was superb yummmmm!!!! Especially loved that it was not a buffet so there was no food wastage! The food quality was fresh and tasty. Marco was always available for our needs and nothing was too much he also had a wealth of information to make our stay eventful. THANK YOU Marco and Staff we will be back!!!! I recommend this place to anyone who is wanting 5-star service and room space to just relax xx

Staying at Cycladic Suites was the single best decision we made for our entire vacation to Greece! Not only was the room comfortable, beautiful, spacious, and clean, but the service was the best we've ever experienced at a hotel! Hina in particular was amazing. She helped us reserve transportation, suggested the best places to visit around the island, and simply treated us as though we were the only guests in the entire hotel. Dior was equally gracious, and recommended the best breakfast we had in Greece (with the best view!), and even sent us a delicious fruit plate just because! The location also cannot be beat. It's as central as you can get in all of Santorini, being just a very short walk from the best sights and sounds in Fira, while not being on top of the very busy, very loud, high-traffic tourist areas. Many of the hotels in Santorini are also not accessible by vehicle, with their entrances a long walk through narrow, hilly pedestrian streets. I wouldn't want to do that with luggage, and thanks to this hotel's location, we didn't have to. But we still had a private jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the entire city and the Agean sea that we enjoyed every night.

The location of the hotel is not bad, the overall price is not high, the private pool and outdoor area is a bit dirty. The hotel is more expensive in our booked hotel, but breakfast is relatively the worst. Other hotels offer six or seven varieties of beauty. This hotel has only one cup of coffee, one small bread, one omelet and a small bowl of yogurt. The service is really bad, the front desk is particularly informal. It is recommended to choose a more cost-effective hotel.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Exclusive Plan Suites. The staff were amazing and truly went out of their way to help us whenever we needed it, from check in, to advice on getting around, and everything in between. The caldera view from our room was breathtaking. The hot-tub was always a welcome sight after a long day of hill climbing and walking (take the hike to Oia if you get the chance!), and it was always warm. Breakfast was served every morning, and there was always more than enough to eat. Location-wise, this spot is pretty convenient. We were only about a 10-12 minute walk to the shops in Fira (with great views along the way), so we never felt like we were far from whatever we wanted to do, but Firostefani is much quieter than Fira so it was nice to get back to the room after a day out and have a relaxing evening looking out over the water and checking out the cruise ships. I'm not sure what is going on with the beds, but we woke up rested every day! Probably the best sleeps we've ever had on vacation.

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

Beautiful, quaint hotel, spotlessly clean. staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful . Pool area excellent. Fresh towels every day. Food at the pool and restaurant superb and very well priced. Location could not have been better right at the beginning of the promenade and 25 minutes from airport. I had an accident on the promenade and when I got back to the hotel Janus called the ambulance and took care of everything. When I returned to hotel staff could not do enough for me and brought breakfast to the room on a couple of occasions. Will definitely be back.

CChio ZoeThe hotel was newly opened in 2022 so everything is very new and clean. Also, the staffs are very friendly, they upgraded our room and prepared some fruits and chocolate in our room. You can also order in-room breakfast which can enjoy the sea view while having breakfast. The location is also very convenient, which is about 10mins walk to Oia centre. Overall, we have a nice stay in this hotel.

While listed as a two star hotel, I would more accurately rate it as a five star cave hotel. What a beautiful view, comfortable room, and attentive staff. We spent 5 nights here (on our last as I type). We received an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. It was WONDERFUL, and a very pleasant surprise. Costas and Faye, along with the rest of the staff strive to please, and have great recommendations for both dining, and activities. The highlight of our trip was the catamaran cruise. While not inexpensive, worth every penny. Every morning when I walked out on our balcony, we continued to be amazed with the view . Breakfast each day on our balcony was fabulous. So glad my wife chose this hotel after reading previous recommendations. You will be pleased to stay here.

GGuest UserWow what an absolutely gem. Where do I start? There’s so many positive things to say I don’t know where to start. My husband booked this hotel at the last minute a couple days before departure. The hotel organised our pick up from the airport which was a stunning brand new Mercedes luxury mini bus which had enough glitz and and glam to satisfy the Kardashian’s! Once arriving at the hotel, the reception staff made us feel very welcomed with lots of information about the hotel and local area. To our surprise the hotel run a free service to and from Fira which is an added bonus as we knew we were a 30 minute walk away. Then we were taken to our room by a lovely man who carried out super heavy luggage down the steps to our room. Wow, the view was amazing. The room was spacious clean and fresh with a lovely bed bigger than two doubles pushed together. The bathroom had a rainfall shower with a handset built into an alcove which maybe tricky if your over 5’7! But don’t let that put you off, the views from every angle of the hotel more than make up for it. Breakfast was included which was simple but to a high standard nothing pre packed all fresh. The waiters were fantastic full of energy and knowledgeable. We booked our first evening meal at the hotel and the quality was amazing everything was done to a high standard. The only disappointment was we simply didn’t book longer. If your thinking of booking please do you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff that made our holiday a fantastic relaxing break 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The view is a million dollar view 10/10. breakfast is delicious, staff is friendly. Even the guest in the hotel was so friendly.
I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking to travel to Santorini. You are right there where everything is happening 2mins walk to shopping, restaurants, etc. My daughter and I stayed in room 104 you step out the pool is right there. How awesome is that, breakfast is served to your balcony at the time you requested. Honestly I can go on and on about this hotel. I will rate this hotel 5 star 🌟.🌟🌟🌟🌟 The only sad part is leaving The Last Sunbeam to go back home in the Cook Islands. If I have the chance to come back to Santorini, I will definitely be coming back here.

GGuest UserWe are so happy with had the opportunity to meet our Hostess Arestides he was above and beyond exceptional. He was helpful and he was able to get our transportation to the airport the correct time. Also, any restaurant reservation he was able to take care that for us and suggested great restaurant by the area by calling the restaurant I making sure we get a table with a nice view. He was very nice explaining everything to us when we arrive to the hotel and show us all the highlights of the island the best beaches and places to go. We felt safe and happy everything we will go to the front desk, and he was there to assist us. I can't thank you enough for all you time and hospitality. we are so happy we stayed there. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate. It was so peaceful and safe. I loved our pool right outside of our room 101, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the center to Fira by walk about 7 minutes. Thank you again Arestides and the entire Staff.

AAnonymous UserI like the place because it was more like a villa type. Only one floor and the door opens to an open space in front of the gate. It has seats outside that make you feel like it’s tropical. It is quiet in the area and it is close to the square. About 15 mins from the airport. Faster without traffic. Actually there was almost no traffic. There are many restaurants at the square like typical Greek restaurants, Turkish and even Chinese.
The owners are very accommodating. They offered me some coffee one morning. They gave me the information I needed to get around the place. They also fixed my heater while I was out. They arranged airport pick up and drop off for me even when I had to leave at 4:30 am. Well appreciated.
Downside: Just the floor is cold and they did not have any slippers available. I ran out of bottled water and it was not replaced. I could have asked but the reception closed a bit early so I did not bother. It was not a big deal though.
Thank you for the warm welcome! I would stay again if I’d come back.

GGuest UserMy Family and I visited Santorini for the first time and I could not have selected a more perfect property for our trip. The location is optimal, it is close to center of town yet feels private. Our Villa was beautiful, spacious, spotless and well stocked with all of our needs. The view from our deck and jacuzzi was breathtaking. We were welcomed with a split of champagne and fresh fruit. After a long flight from the United states it was the perfect start to our trip. The fresh breakfast delivered every morning to our villa was delicious. Maryam the property manager was incredibly helpful prior to our arrival offering restaurant and activity recommendation's. Throughout our entire stay she was present daily to assist with all itinerary and transit needs. The entire staff was a delight, we cannot wait to visit again! Tara Taylor

GGuest UserWe arrived earlier in the day & asked if we could do early check in. We were told that the room we have booked isn’t available early, so we could upgrade to another room & get early check in option. We agreed. When we checked in the room didn’t look like any upgrade, as it was pretty basic. Also, if these are how most of the rooms are, they aren’t great. The room had a stair to go ‘up’ where a tiny bed was places, and the ceiling was so low that even a 5-foot height tiny person like me would bump her head. The stairs aren’t too safe, so if you have to walk down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom below the bed area, you better be fully awake & cautious if your steps.
Shower didn’t work properly with hot/cold water. I couldn’t wash my hair, had to quickly get out of the shower.
I would have preferred, if they just told us there was an extra charge for early check in.
In case I’m wrong, and this room was indeed an ‘upgrade’ then I don’t know what the basic room will be. Can’t imagine what would be even lesser. Maybe no window / balcony.
The swimming pool was closed, probably because it was still cold when we went.
The property looks nice though, it’s just 10 mins taxi ride from the city square. The rooms have a balcony & peaceful view as there aren’t too many buildings around.
It’s quite & clean. Just that the rooms are too basic & the tiny bed in tiny space was uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. It was claustrophobic for me. Couldn’t sleep well, couldn’t bathe well. But I did enjoy sitting in the balcony & sipping my tea in peace.

GGuest Userwe stayed in superior room caldera view, the view was very nice indeed and room lovely, it has the santorini cave vibe. room clean, bathroom clean, hot water at any time.
breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅
swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool. the pool is big and it has a nice view.
location is perfect, 10 minutes from the bus station, in the center, on the cliff with a great view of the volcano

GGuest UserThe location is bit far from the fira station, slowly walk will take about 15mins to fira station. Room is clean and quite big. Staff is friendly.
