On a Social Tourism trip we were lucky enough to stay at this hotel. Clean, well managed and well located. The meals/dinners were excellent, our congratulations to the chef Iñaki for the enthusiasm he put into them.

We stayed at this hotel to explore Cantabria and we were not disappointed. The location in Santoña is excellent and it is a quiet, clean hotel with attentive and very professional staff. The food was delicious, with a 10/10 chef. We will return.

We liked the central location of the hotel. The kindness of the staff was very good, the attention and service excellent. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners were homemade and very well prepared, tasty and delicious. There was more than enough quantity and despite having to repeat, there was still plenty left.

Terrible hotel, which is saved by its central location and a good bed....the rest is a mess. We travelled in an organised group, but that doesn't give us grounds for a lack of professionalism. The food was awful, the staff couldn't do more, the same person with several functions, he was missing being the official guide. It's chaos. Lack of balanced and quality food. Hot water at breakfast... BUT THERE'S NO TEA. Cakes, biscuits and cold cuts. Bread already cut without tongs.... JUST THE BEST. haggling on everything, even milk, being in Cantabria. The room is saved by the bed. In short, if you have no other option, stay there just to sleep, so much nonsense won't warm your head.
