Beautiful stone structure. Equipped with only 6 rooms, access is permitted by receiving a code via email when booking. With this code you get the badge to access the facility where there is no staff or reception. No breakfast just the way the hotel is set up. For the rest it is excellent

Wanting to have a weekend at the seaside, I opted for this property in San Donà di Piave from which you can reach Jesolo, Earclea and Caorle in just half an hour. Clean and quiet rooms. There is no staff and the access card is given upon arrival

Overall very nice and well kept. Check in was very complicated, where loading all the documents took a good half hour... if I hadn't already paid, I would have changed structure. The online check is ok, but the compilation must be reviewed! The air conditioning is very mild, in August you're dying of heat.

Luckily we only stayed one night. Room smelled of smoke and dirty. Dirty pillow covers and the single duvet placed across the bed was also stained. From the knees down you sleep uncovered (double bed for 2 people with a single duvet!). We open the window for fresh air and find cigarette butts. There is a dirty handkerchief on the head of the bed: you are ashamed!!! There is no staff to complain to but we will report everything to the appropriate authorities with documentation. In the morning we go to the bar downstairs but we even give up having breakfast. We are from the area and therefore we will provide bad publicity. Absurd place, other than a hotel, not even 1 star, dirty everywhere. To be avoided

nelle vicinanze del centro del paese, facilmente raggiungibile. Ristrutturato di recente, tutto molto curato e pulito, self check in perfettamente organizzato. Prima colazione nel bar adiacente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. ci tornerei sicuramente.

Siamo stati soddisfatti dalla camera: spaziosa e pulita. Non si può dire altrettanto del servizio colazione, non era specificato che fosse al bar accanto gestito inoltre da una persona MOLTO maleducata: ci ha detto più volte in modo sgarbato che noi potevamo avere solo cornetto e caffè (neanche pagando ci ha dato altro), bestemmie e parolacce con altri clienti, PESSIMO SERVIZIO

Non è un hotel è un affittacamere, che sono belle e pulite, manca però frigobar e personale al quale chiedere info o altri servizi , tipo un cuscino più duro o una bottiglia d acqua. Se prenoti con Booking niente colazione, diversamente il bar accanto può farti caffè e brioche
