The room was very clean and the air conditioning was working perfectly. The shower cabin is a bit small, but the hot water comes fast and the shower itself works very well. The bed was very comfortable, I especially liked the two pillows per person, one was more fluffy than the other, therefore they fit most preferences.
The personal was extremely helpful in pointing out what can be visited in the region, which trains or busses to take, etc. Very good breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30.
The hotel is located at about 5 minutes walk to a big commercial center with supermarket, clothes store, supermarket-restaurant, etc. and at about 10 minutes walk to the train station of S. Stefano di Magra.

Absolutely perfect hotel. Room was lovely and spotless with a great view. Parking is free and close by. Staff was amazing and friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Really patient with us when we were checking out too. Truely wonderful people.

Strategic position, 40 minutes from Portovenere 20 from La Spezia. Simple but well-kept rooms, good breakfast minus the soundproofing of the room. Large bathroom with all comforts. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed on December 31st and I must say we were very impressed. Ultra clean structure, well-arranged rooms and with everything you need, the availability and kindness of the owner Roberto complete the picture. Not far from the splendid 5 terre. All this can only make me recommend this structure to everyone.

Dirty and makeshift rooms. Very poorly designed bathroom, except for the color of the wall it looked like a hospital. Really bad experience. Nobody asked us for the keys upon check out and how we were. I do not recommend and will not return.

Bellissima struttura. Buona la colazione e gentilissima la signora che ci ha accolti. Stanza ampia e pulizia buona. A disposizione prodotti per il bagno, spazzolino, e set per la barba. Difetti dal mio punto di vista: il bagno : senza piano di appoggio e senza posto dove mettere gli asciugamani. Doccia non pratica in quanto il getto non era ‘gestibile’. Letto abbastanza comodo. Qualità prezzo leggermente alto.
