Breakfast is not extremely varied but with a lot of quality, especially the orange juice, seasonal fruits, and the very place where the meal is held, which is very pleasant. Always polite and friendly staff. We spent two nights in a room outside the main building and the accommodation experience was not good. The room is very small, the bathroom is minimal (my husband crippled himself twice taking a shower due to lack of space), the balcony should have opened onto a beautiful green meadow.. but the photos are misleading and the reality is that the view it is for a lot of land that is still being treated (photo of the view from the room) The air conditioning in the room cannot be turned off and for this reason there is a constant and permanent noise (it is not very loud but after a few hours it is super tiring). The weather was bad and so it was not possible to use the pool. The fact that there is no indoor pool also penalizes the hotel. The hotel is good, but the price per night does not reflect the overall experience.

It is a very lovely property, on the smaller side. Only has 37 rooms. The views are spectacular of the ocean from the main lobby, pool area. You do need a car or Uber to get to the nearby beach, Ribeira D’ilhas. I would recommend visiting this beach, it is beautiful & has a lovely restaurant & public restrooms. Great surfing too. We did take an Uber to & from old town Ericiera. Very affordable and a short wait ~5 min. The hotel has a very calming, bohemian, modern feel. The bed/ linens were very luxurious and comfortable. The property is very quiet, we had a lovely rest. They also provided turn down service and brought us a dessert & another large bottle of water. We enjoyed dinner at Emme with a lovely bottle of wine & tasty dishes. Daniel provided excellent local recommendations. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was top-notch. Fresh mango, kiwis, assortments of meat/ cheeses, breads, eggs juices, coffee, etc. Parking on site was free. We did not have a chance to take advantage of the spa or gym facilities. They did hold our luggage and surfboards and delivered all baggage to our room when the room was ready. We had one of the Inspire Rooms overlooking the garden.

We stayed at the Immerso Hotel for four nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed and built, with fabulous views over the Atlantic coast of Portugal. The hotel is located just outside of Ericeira, and feels quite secluded. Our room had a balcony overlooking the gardens, with the coast in the distance, and it was lovely. The furnishing and decorations, both in the rooms and the public areas were comfortable and stylish, and the whole place was immaculately clean. The bedding, towels, and toiletries were of a high quality, and the huge bed was very comfortable. We made use of the well-equipped gym, and the sun-beds on the pool terrace, whilst we were there. The breakfasts were terrific at the Immerso, and we also had a couple of lunches and evening meals. The hotel restaurant is by no means cheap, but the food was of a very high standard, and we really enjoyed it. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who enjoys staying in stylish and comfortable accommodation, whilst maybe feeling like they’ve ‘stepped off the grid’ a little.

The place was mostly dead and we found out why when we had to sign for our first bar bill! Immerso roughly charges 3 x tourist rates for food and drinks. Completely under staffed so leftover plates and glasses were lying around to be blown about by the wind. Rooms were designed to look good on social media but completely impractical. Shower leaks all over the bathroom floor but looks great! Water pressure is so high it spurts out of the toilet when you flush… even with the lid down! Light switches in the wrong places and not labelled, which made going to the toilet at night extra fun… The minibar is in a confined cupboard with no circulation with the coffee machine, kettle and safe… when you open the door you get a blast of heat… I call that a fire hazard. The “Spa” consists of a small sauna, small steam room and a single shower… there is also a bucket of cold water connected to a chain so you can douse yourself with cold water… there was only one person on spa duty which meant if they were doing a treatment, they put up a sign saying “please go to the main reception”… Everything about this place is half baked… Oh, and remember… it is nowhere near the sea. It is a €6 Uber ride to get to the coast. Very windy and almost always colder than the coast… but their pool is not heated.

Yes, the resort is beautiful but the basic rooms are small and only some have ocean views. The bathroom area is tiny and there is no counter space. There are also no qtips, cotton pads or slippers and the shower door leaks. However, the soap, shampoo and body lotion that are provided smell very nice. Also the rooms that are off of the main building are surrounded by hedges and trees and I noticed a few bugs in my room perhaps because of this natural environment. The safe in the room was not connected to anything so we had to keep our valuables with us at all times. The beds were comfortable and the food at breakfast was delicious however the restaurant is expensive and the wine list unnecessarily so; you're better off eating at one of the nice local spots in town. The gym was also surprisingly minimal and lacking in equipment especially considering this is a "wellness" resort. Also frustrating was that the pool wasn't heated and the deck area, though pretty, was very windy. You also have to walk through the restaurant in order to get to the pool which just seems odd. The staff were friendly and the yoga instructor was great. I also found the manager, Mafalda, was helpful in making reservations for where to eat in town and which beaches to check out. Overall the hotel is pricey for what it is. It is also not in Ericeira but is a 15 minute drive north of the town. There are only 10 parking spots at the hotel, otherwise you have to park up a hill off the property.

Brilliant new hotel. Well maintained. Situated on a tiny hill looking over the valley and the ocean. Situated in a small wooded area. Great food, people and atmosphere. Comfortable bed and chill vibe. The team did everything to make us feel comfortable and happy. Great housekeeping team. A special thanks goes to Mafalda, Pedro and all the restaurant team.

We live close so we've not stayed there just been to the restaurant. We went for lunch and the choice of ingredients (secrets of pork) were just excellent. The care take in the design of each dish, the choice of the very best ingredients and perfect execution elevated the experience beyond anything you might reasonably expect. and THEN.... the wonderful, sweet, knowledgeable waitress clued us in on a 10 course dinner with wine pairing. They invited a guest chef, Alexandre Silva who has a Michelin star. My wife and I are older and lived in NY and London and have had some great meals in our lives - but this was the best - EVER. I do not say that lightly.

Stunning hotel next to Ericeira! Great staff, beautiful architecture and very good food! Rooms are spacious and superb. Superb spot for a relaxation holiday with short trips to top surf spots! We would have loved to stay longer!
