We booked in guarocuya, based on more images and cleanliness and when we arrived they told us that there were no rooms! And they sent us to another hotel!!
The lady's attention was good and friendly at all times, however the room was not at all what we expected, there were cockroaches and it was nothing like what was shown in the images, we accept why we arrived at 11:30 pm and we were very tired, but it was not what we paid for!
