hotel deixa muio a desejar, aspecto de velho, sem manutenção, muitas luzes sem ser trocado, comida deixa muito a desejar. o hotel é bem antigo, sem manutenção, alimentação é muito fraca, não é saborosa. ruim para estacionar, sem cobertura para o carro

O quarto é simples, o ar condicionado gela muito, mas a natureza do lugar é nota 1000, todos os ambientes são muito bons, tem uma trilha bem bacana, variedades de comida, servem algumas bebidas também, tem um show bem bacana durante a noite. E as piscinas termais são maravilhosas.

Há quase 30 anos, frequentamos o Hotel Mato Grosso Águas Quentes, desde a nossa lua de mel. O encanto continua o mesmo, é um privilégio usufruir das águas termais, que trazem saúde, paz e relaxamento. Alguns detalhes observados: reformas das piscinas, o cuidado com a natureza/jardinagem, o sabor das comidas matogrossenses. Que delícia! É o nosso paraíso no cantinho da Serra de São Vicente. Como o Bruno diz: "Sair de Cuiabá e vir pra cá, é um santo remédio para à paz de espírito!" Faziam 15 anos da última visita ao hotel, infelizmente a estrutura está muito ruim, cheiro de mofo, nada de novo. Infelizmente um lugar tão lindo mas decadente. A sala de jogos, leitura e TV não tem como ficar de tanto cheiro de mofo. Os preços das bebidas exorbitante.

Há mais d 20 anos frequento o Hotel Mato Grosso Águas Quentes, sempre foi um lugar honesto de comida simples mas bem feito. Porém em 07/01/23 viemos com a família passar o aniversário da minha esposa, notamos diferenças no local mas tudo bem, retiraram os popets (bolinhas coloridas que tinham valor em reais), agora no cartão direto com o garçom, ok mais moderno e eficaz. Porém os bares não fazem mais a comida, agora vem da cozinha central, e não há como atender todo mundo, garçons trocando pedidos, pedidos que não sabem o que aconteceu, pois sumiu e etc. A limpeza das piscinas também são outro ponto a comentar, água turva, cheia de grama, enfim o hotel mudou para pior. Tomara que tomem consciência e acordem pois esse lugar lindo pode quebrar por mau gerenciamento.

Quartos com cheiro de mofo e velhos. Eram duas diárias não aguentamos ficar os dois dias. Compensa apenas o day use e ir embora. Quem tem problemas de respiração lá não é uma opção. Então fica a dica, perdi 900 reais.

Hotel bom, quartos e enxoval muito limpos e visível o capricho com a limpeza. Parabéns especial pra equipe de garçons do salão de refeições, principalmente pro Rodolfo q nos atendeu muito, mais muito bem. A equipe de entretenimento muito legal tbm, observação especial pro Peixinho q arrasa no violão. Comida boa, caprichada, loucas limpas, bebida gelada. Única observação pros bares da piscina q não tem equipe suficiente pra atender. Mais no geral, bem legal. Vale a pena

Bufet de café da manhã, almoço e jantar muito ruim. Comidinha e sobremesas sofríveis para o preço da diária. Segundo ano que vou no hotel e me decepciono. Não recomendo e não mais retornarei ao hotel! Sobremesa péssima somente doce de leite e doce de banana industrializado. No domingo serviram strogonoff com um carne horrível. Acho que compraram a carne mais barata do açougue. Decepcionante!!!

Área externa otima!! Pratos comuns, nada elaborado mas bem preparadas. Mas os quartos na ala cajazeira estão horríveis. Tudo velho, mal cheiro, moceis de 30 ou 40 anos atrás. Já estão com a concessão a anos e prometem reformas nos quartos mas nunca fazem!! Foi decepcionante nossa noite. No chuveiro tem que ir lavando em partes pois não dá para entrar com o corpo todo. Só Day use mesmo !! Infelizmente
