A great place in the middle of nature, lots of greenery, hot springs to enjoy and relax. Excellent cleanliness in both internal and external areas, areas for trails, gym with various equipment, lots of games for children. I thought my stay at the Plaza was excellent, I only have to praise the service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are well served. There are several options for swimming pools with thermal waters, both indoor and outdoor.

Gostei, porem a piscina externa estava com água fria sem poder usar , e imaginamos que por ser um termas, todas as piscinas deveriam ser aquecidas.

Minha experiência foi decepcionante .....aluguei um quarto onde o anúncio mostrava uma banheira redonda no quarto e foi um quadrado de mármore com um chuveiro..........tem piscina coberta com jacuzzi onde é proibido a entrada de crianças bem desagradável ....... a comida deixa muito a desejar buffet fraco ....carne ao molho madeira temperada com amaciante ....molhos do macarao industrializados .... pouca opção para as crianças.....arroz e macarrão duros........o café da manhã é da tarde bem simples poucas opções.......não tem muito o que fazer poucas atividades e algumas são pagas a parte .......esperava muito mais de um hotel plaza.....

Gostei de quase tudo. Só não gostei da temperatura das piscinas externas. A água estava fria. Quando se vai para um hotel de águas termais se espera que água das piscinas esteja morna ou quente. Não foi o que aconteceu. Foi decepcionante.

Olá, esse hotel foi uma surpresa para mim. Fiz a reserva baseada no preço oferecido, e acabei descobrindo um lugar maravilhoso para descansar e curtir a natureza. Hotel muito bem cuidado, limpo, comida muito bem temperada e funcionários atencíosissimos, destacando aqui o Biólogo Guilherme, que nos deu uma aula maravilha durante a trilha! Pena que só peguei 2 diárias. Mas já recomendei para os filhos e amigos, além de postar nas páginas sociais para os meus seguidores! Eu recomendo, com certeza! E vou voltar!
