the place is clean well maintained and exelemt buffet for breakfast an dinner- Exelent Bar man! Pedro did great drinks. what was missing is an info how the whole bath and spa works - and strange - such a place and the Spa does not work on sunday... staff was ok - but exactly this better info was missing- besides that, the hotel is not a cozy place but nature around it impressive and good infrastructure for outdoor activities . There is a group organizing tree climbing and other activities; there is a tenis aswell.

We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. Excellent hotel. I'm evaluating without check-out yet, but I liked the stay here. Room large, spacious bathroom with the box of the big shower, gas heating, warm water and very pressure. Breakfast with a lot of salty and sweet options. Free and covered parking costs 10,00. Great value of the day, we pay 270,00 with the ISS fee. A perfect hydromassage bathroom, academy with quality devices. We were received by Mr Eduardo from an incredible education and attention, my wife and I have been feeling customers for years, and that was only the first time we hosted here. The 5th star came due to the attention we gave, needed to go to the San José multi-use arena, the other Kennedy hotel is in front of the gym, Mr. Eduardo contacted the reception there and reported that he was asking for a vacation in the parking lot to leave the car without extra cost.
