The inn is very very nice, and everything is very well kept and clean. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. The treatment of the staff is also unbeatable. The location is very good because you can get there by car but it is a 3-minute walk from the town centre; they have 5 parking spaces, but if not you can leave the car on the street without any problems.

A total success. Excellent value for money. We chose a room that turned out to be on a completely renovated floor. The surroundings were fantastic. The location was two minutes walk from the historic centre, although in Santillana there are not great distances, just a short walk from everything. Normally, in the surroundings, there is always some free parking space; despite this, the inn has its own free parking (we were always able to leave it in the inn's parking lot). The room was new, modern, of good dimensions, good bathroom and, above all, everything was very clean. The cleanliness is noticeable even in the accesses to the room (garden entrance, porch, stairs) and, in addition, with a decoration and details of good taste and pleasantness. I must say that this is the first time I have rated the experience with a 5.

Estancia espectacular, personal muy atento y amable, en especial Coral que nos informaba todos los días de las mejores rutas para visitar Cantabria. Desayuno muy rico. Instalaciones y habitaciones recién reformadas, preciosas y cómodas. Está situado muy cerca del centro pero a la vez en una zona muy tranquila. Volveré sin dudarlo.

Precioso hotel en Santillana del Mar. La habitación impecable, grande, con todas las comodidades y con una terraza de ensueño con flores preciosas y vistas a un jardín muy bien cuidado. Calma, silencio, tranquilidad, detalles muy bien cuidados y preciosas vistas a un parque pequeñito que es lo único que separa este hotel del centro del pueblo. Mención especial a Coral, que nos atendió a nuestra llegada con recomendaciones magníficas de restaurantes y las indicaciones para visitar el pueblo, además de darnos un desayuno estupendo.
