Todo genial. La habitación muy bonita con vistas espectaculares y muy limpia. El desayuno fantástico, muy rico y abundante. Atencion muy buena también. Ubicación perfecta, para visitar muchos lugares de la zona. No se puede pedir más. Lo recomiendo.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette posada, réservée sur le tard car beaucoup d’hôtels étaient complets à Santillana. Tout d’abord, elle est située à 40 min à pied de Santillana, donc il faut prendre la voiture pour y aller. La chambre étaient très mal insonorisée, et on entendait très fort les allers et venues dans l’escalier et les couloirs, et les bruits de plomberie des chambres voisines Ensuite la literie est de mauvaise qualité : il est impossible de bouger dans le lit sans réveiller l’autre. Enfin, le petit déjeuner est de piètre qualité : jus d’ »orange », « jambon » reconstitués, viennoiseries industrielle sous plastique…

Mi experiencia en este hotel no ha sido buena ya que tras acordar con los dueños que podíamos utilizar una caja de smart box y que no teníamos que pagar ningún suplemento porque nuestra caja incluía un masaje el cual no ibamos a dar, mi sorpresa a la hora de pagar es que el dueño me dice que no se lo coge,después que es porque hay que pagar un suplemento ...el cual yo no me niego a pagar,después que no se puede y que lo intente hacer yo, lo cual ya me cabreo bastante y decidí pagar la habitación , la verdad no me gustan las personas con poca palabra. Por lo demás las habitaciones bien, normales, solo que se oye mucho todo. Al llegar nadie nos recibió,nos dejaron las llaves detrás del mostrador. El desayuno normal sencillo, acordé al precio de la habitación ,lo que si creo que hace falta es otra tostadora ya que tardas muchísimo en hacer un tostada y se forma cola a pesar de ser pequeñito.

Vine con Dakota box Las camas incómodas se mueven y chirrian Frío no pasas porque está toda la noche la calefacción puesta , ahora las tuberías no hacen más k ruidos con lo que dormir poco. Limpieza alguna cosita falla. Al dueño solo le he visto por comentarle una incidencia y hablado con el por teléfono. Pueblo muy tranquilo tanto k los dos bares k tiene están cerrados. Ideal para aislarte y tener tranquilidad. Dan servicio de masajes k no tiene k ver con el alojamiento y nada me voy sin el masaje porque la persona no se ha puesto en contacto conmigo, poca formalidad.
