The apartment was beautiful and clean. We like it. The only few things we did not like was the bed was very hard, it was difficult to sleep well. The other thing was that they did not change towels daily. Otherwise, the place is very nice

Tranquil and comfortable stay
The apartment is very nice, bright and modern. It is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable which is important when you are traveling. The apartment is walking distance to to restaurants and shops. Ruben, is very nice and helpful. Definitely will recommend staying here.

Estela Apt are excellent, new and spotless. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ensuites very convenient when travelling with family. Great walking location to Santillana and the Altamira museum, Ruben property manager is very friendly and informative available to assist anytime. I will define tally comeback and strongly recommend

Very comfortable, clean and equipped. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived, very clean, nothing to say. They have all the necessary appliances, comfortable beds, several pillows, etc... 2 full bathrooms in the apartment that has 2 bedrooms. The only "but" I would say is that you can hear a lot of noise from the apartments next door, or below... it's October and everything is closed but from the living room and even the bed, you could hear the TV in the apartment a lot next door, people talking, etc... But apart from that, everything was great.

The apartment was in good condition, clean, full kitchen, bathroom with gel hand soap/shampoo and hair dryer. We stayed for 1 week, after 4 days they cleaned the apartment, it was included in the price. Rubén very kind and attentive. The only bad thing is that the indoor pool has a fee and the mattress on the sofa bed was not very comfortable.

The apartments are small; but they are very modern and very good. The outdoor pool is ideal for very small children because it barely covers. The landscape is great and looking out on the terrace and seeing the cows grazing and listening to the zoo animals is amazing. Furthermore, they treated us very well.

We had to spend the night near Torrelavega for an emergency and they treated us wonderfully. Despite making the reservation at 8:00 p.m. in a hurry, Rubén treated us great and did nothing more than give us facilities to have everything ready upon arrival (we arrived at 11:00 p.m.). Upon our arrival we had the apartment (beautiful, by the way) ready, with the heating (with thermostat) on, the room the detail, coffee capsules (he even asked us what kind of coffee we drank), a real joy. We slept great, the apartment is super nice and modern, with all kinds of comforts and lots of light, we loved it. Rubén has treated us wonderfully and even on our departure he has given us a discount voucher in case we return. By the way, if you book directly on their website, the price is better than on any general website, and I'm sure they'll also benefit from you booking directly on their website. That said, we totally recommend it.
