I can't really comment on the stay because we couldn't leave, we booked through booking, we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 p.m., check-in is self-check in a machine before entering. The problem is that we entered the data, swiped the credit card and.... Surprise.... the machine did not give us the key. No one answers the phone on the contact telephone numbers. Totally, we were left on the street with a 4-year-old child. Luckily for booking, they were very quick to get us on the phone. But they couldn't contact that hotel, so they looked for another hotel, after being at the door for 45 minutes while booking tried to resolve the problem.
