Santiago Hotels with Swimming Pools

This was a superior experience and one that reminds me of a time when hotel management was something hotels took pride in. From the very first moment, this was a stay of pure comfort. - Check in and out was quick and informative - The rooms were of a very high standard, clean and with superior comfort. There was a huge comfortable bed as well as a lounger and space for an office desk with chair. The desk had multi-jurisdictional plugs which is such a great offering for guests. I do not understand why all hotels do not offer this. There were four complimentary bottles which were always replaced. The lighting was just right. - Bathroom was luxurious with separate shower and bathtub, with the toilet in a separate space. Shower gels and shampoos provided along with lotion. And many towels of high quality. - Breakfast was excellent with a selection of everything anyone would require included fruit, breads, meats, live egg station and more. - Staff: The staff from the breakfast area to the concierge and reception were all excellent. They were helpful and always smiling. Special appreciation to the waiters in the breakfast area who were very helpful and engaged in conversation in English - which was great for me. They would constantly check to see if I was okay. I was very impressed with my stay and will definitely stay here again. Well done to the hotel management team and staff. Spectacular!

New facilities, swimming pool scenery is good, hotel location is convenient, highly recommended. The only flaw: the room is small

A very elegant boutique hotel in the heart of Providencia, on ”Embassy Row”; the Solace was a surprise, since it was a last-minute change. Staff and service was top notch, and the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar gives you a beautiful view of the city , day and night. Nice gym, delicious and plentiful buffet breakfasts, served until 10:30am, a welcome touch. Comfy beds and mini bar stocked with free soft drinks and water, replenished daily. Our concierge, Ignatio, was well informed and delightful! Easy walking access to parks, restaurants, and museums, Uber for slightly longer distances.

Katherine was so nice and accommodating as I arrived late at night but she met me no issues. Full time front desk and pool was nice. Please remember these are apartments so no shampoo, bodywash or toothbrush etc. towels were left on bed and the bed was super soft and amazing! Very quiet and located block or so from palace in case you wanted to see the changing of the guard.

The room is not big and parking is difficult in the old town. The breakfast service is quite good, it's a la carte menu

Breakfast was poor and nothing bad. The surrounding environment is very good. There are many supermarkets and restaurants in the big shopping malls. It is convenient to live and buy things. There is no shuttle bus at the airport. You need to call it yourself. Note that the airport is more black and you need to bargain.

Very nice hotel in a well situated spot in Santiago. Close to malls and parks. No metro in the neighborhood. Staff is very friendly and will do anything to help you out. Special thanks to the morning staff: Valentina, Gabriel, Gabriela, Isamar, Pablo, Paty y Ramon.

We were here for 3 nights during New Years this year. Exceptional Hotel. Location: Las Condes which is a very affluent neighborhood in entire Chile. Very close to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants. It is very safe around here. Hotel: it is very unique and exceptional compared to Marriotts. It feels like a JW Marriott and probably one of the best Marriott hotels in the world. The grounds are huge with a couple of restaurants with excellent food.. the breakfast buffet is comprehensive while the Latin Grill is a fine dining experience. Rooms: We were upgraded to a corner suite with sweeping views of the Andes mountains. Both the bedroom and the lounge were huge. The bathroom was exceptional. Services: impeccable . The staff very polite and friendly. We had a great time and will highly recommend this hotel. Would stay here in a heartbeat.

The room was clean, but the water pressure in the bathroom was insufficient. The service is very good. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, but the breakfast has few varieties and is not as good as other hotels. I helped store my luggage for 2 days. Thank you very much.

Located in a trendy area of Santiago and very close to the line 1 metro stop of University Catolica this is a great place to spend some time in Santiago. The rooms are spacious and the beds super comfortable. Upper floor rooms have views of the city skyline and the Andes mountains. Breakfast is served from 7am weekdays, and 8am at weekends, from the top floor breakfast bar which is next to the swimming pool and has great views of the city and the mountains. Breakfast is self-service with a wide-range of hot and cold dishes. Someone who is gluten-free will find plenty to eat. A few other things to be aware of. There is a hotel restaurant but it is not open at weekends, although there are plenty of dining options in the streets around the hotel. The area is trendy and popular and the rooms not sound-proof but the external noise from music etc does die down late evening. Last, the ergonomics of the bathroom area in the room we stayed in were a little strange. The separate toilet has a door that can't be opened if someone is also stood in front of the washbasin unless that person moves out of the way. Also, the toilet is where the fresh towels are stored, not the shower area or area around the washbasin. The staff were friendly and would recommend as a place to stay in Santiago.
