Pet-friendly Hotels in Santiago

Had a lovely stay there as part of a solo trip to Chile recently; the staff were universally thoughtful, kind and helpful, and the room was immaculately clean, very comfortable and well-appointed. Location in a great neighborhood and close to a metro station as well as large shopping complex and parks made getting around easy. Would certainly return without hesitation.

Nice hotel with large rooms and internet. Although the location is not in the city center, it is also very convenient. Next door is a large shopping center.

Good point. ① Location, large supermarket is close and security is good. Shopping mall is also close by walk. Metro did not ride, but this is close. ② The room, the high floor with a good view, made the Andes look good in front of me. There was no unpleasant place to be kept clean. They cleaned me every day. ③ Staff, when I asked, they responded friendly. ④ It was placed in front of the microwave oven and elevator hall and was free to use. It was good with services that were not in other hotels. I used it several times to warm up what I bought at the supermarket. I'm worried. ① Breakfast, taste is one now. And I want you to have a little more menu. I stayed many times in the nearby hotel but I lost. ② The bathroom, when you take a shower, the water goes to the washbasin, so it was troublesome to wipe the water later. The partition part of the lower part of the shower booth door is flat, and the water accumulated flows out. ③ JIM, I tried to use it, but I didn't know where it was. Well, I didn't ask the staff, but it would be nice to have a guide on each floor in the elevator.

There is a commercial center not far from the hotel. You can walk there in 10 minutes and cross the pedestrian bridge. There are many choices. Marriott's service is very good. I lost an item in the room. After communicating by email and phone call, it was passed to a friend. In addition, the breakfast in the hotel is great. It is on the first basement floor. It is the best breakfast in South America! I didn’t take any photos of the hotel, so here are some pictures of the city scenery!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights while visiting Santiago de Chile, and my experience was pretty good. Check-in process was smooth with no complaints other than the lack of staff to escort the luggage. We got a room in the middle of the building and the room was spacious and comfortable with working heater plus air conditioner for warning up from the chilly Santiago weather. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the breakfast due to the constraints of our tour but overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a good accomodation in the centre of Santiago.

To say this is an excellent hotel with a great location, service, facilities, and comfort really sums it up, but let me share just a little story. When my wife and I arrived at the airport and took what we thought was a legitimate taxi, we came to find out that it was actually a pirate with a black and yellow car exactly like the ”official taxi”. When we discovered our credit card had been compromised, the staff (front desk staff were the best I have ever dealt with, and I travel a lot) had their security chief go over security camera footage to observe our transaction in front of the hotel in an attempt to further identify the pirate by reading the license plate number. Too make a long story short, with their help our credit card problem was resolved, and we were ”off the hook”. That alone should do it, but the hotel was clean, the rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast area was as good as I have ever seen (and it was included). Again, I cannot recommend this hotel enough...if you go to Santiago, wish to stay in the heart of the city close to the metro, and want to deal with people who really care about you and go above and beyond excellent service, STAY IN THIS HOTEL! You will have no regrets.

O hotel possui uma ótima localização, sendo próximo ao Palácio La Moneda e a Plaza de Armas e outros pontos turísticos próximo ao centro da cidade. Também é muito charmoso, com decoração impecável e sua arquitetura parece ser original. Porém, o quarto onde fomos hospedados, claramente não era o mesmo da foto da reserva e estava no primeiro andar, em frente o terraço onde as pessoas fazem refeições, pois o estabelecimento também oferece o serviço de café/restaurante aberto ao público. Dessa forma, além de sentirmos falta de privacidade, fomos afetados não só pelos barulhos das pessoas que estavam consumindo o serviço de café/restaurante no local, como também, dos próprios funcionários do hotel que cuidam da cozinha e outras manutenções do local. Por não apresentar isolamento acústico, também fomos incomodados pelo barulho dos hóspedes acima do nosso quarto e daqueles que passavam pelo corredor com suas bagagens e falatórios. O quarto também não tem um bom isolamento de iluminação, assim, a claridade das luzes do corredor interferia no nosso quarto atrapalhando principalmente nosso descanso noturno. O banheiro estava limpo, mas possui uma área de box pequena e seu piso plástico nos da a impressão de que vai quebrar. O chuveiro possui aquecimento para uma litragem determinada de água, o que faz com que você tenha que tomar banho de forma regulada para que não falte água quente para a próxima pessoa. Além disso, o café da manhã incluído na diária é restrito, uma caneca com água quente para você decidir se irá tomar chá ou café solúvel, uma porção de ovos mexidos, duas fatias de pão de forma mal tostados, meio copo de suco da fruta disponível, um iogurte da fruta disponível e uma porção de granola. O quarto não possuía forma de comunicação com a recepção, sendo necessário ir até ela para resolver qualquer problema. Porém os funcionários do hotel foram bastante simpáticos e atenciosos no que puderam atuar. Recomendo fortemente aos que desejem se hospedar neste hotel, que antecipadamente questionem quanto ao andar e o quarto onde serão alocados, bem como solicitem quarto sem terraço. Assim as chances de decepção serão bem menores.

The room was large, the suite, everything was fine, but the bed was too soft and the night was sore! Estimated to be my physique problem

A great little hotel right next to Santa Lucia hill. The staff are very friendly, Raul at reception was extremely helpful with recommendations and general information. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom while small, was well appointed and had a great shower. The continental breakfast was good. The rooftop bar at the hotel is a highlight and Lastarria restaurants and bars are only a short 5 minute walk away. Museums, the theatre and shops are not too far away. Sundays and Mondays are very quiet in Santiago with not much open, including many restaurants and all of the museums. Happy to recommend this hotel.
