Best Pet friendly Hotels in Santiago

This was a superior experience and one that reminds me of a time when hotel management was something hotels took pride in. From the very first moment, this was a stay of pure comfort. - Check in and out was quick and informative - The rooms were of a very high standard, clean and with superior comfort. There was a huge comfortable bed as well as a lounger and space for an office desk with chair. The desk had multi-jurisdictional plugs which is such a great offering for guests. I do not understand why all hotels do not offer this. There were four complimentary bottles which were always replaced. The lighting was just right. - Bathroom was luxurious with separate shower and bathtub, with the toilet in a separate space. Shower gels and shampoos provided along with lotion. And many towels of high quality. - Breakfast was excellent with a selection of everything anyone would require included fruit, breads, meats, live egg station and more. - Staff: The staff from the breakfast area to the concierge and reception were all excellent. They were helpful and always smiling. Special appreciation to the waiters in the breakfast area who were very helpful and engaged in conversation in English - which was great for me. They would constantly check to see if I was okay. I was very impressed with my stay and will definitely stay here again. Well done to the hotel management team and staff. Spectacular!

New facilities, swimming pool scenery is good, hotel location is convenient, highly recommended. The only flaw: the room is small

We were here for 3 nights during New Years this year. Exceptional Hotel. Location: Las Condes which is a very affluent neighborhood in entire Chile. Very close to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants. It is very safe around here. Hotel: it is very unique and exceptional compared to Marriotts. It feels like a JW Marriott and probably one of the best Marriott hotels in the world. The grounds are huge with a couple of restaurants with excellent food.. the breakfast buffet is comprehensive while the Latin Grill is a fine dining experience. Rooms: We were upgraded to a corner suite with sweeping views of the Andes mountains. Both the bedroom and the lounge were huge. The bathroom was exceptional. Services: impeccable . The staff very polite and friendly. We had a great time and will highly recommend this hotel. Would stay here in a heartbeat.

The room was clean, but the water pressure in the bathroom was insufficient. The service is very good. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, but the breakfast has few varieties and is not as good as other hotels. I helped store my luggage for 2 days. Thank you very much.

We spent five days with our family at this hotel – we had an excellent experience. We had access to the executive lounge where we were well taken care of by Marciela and Daniel. They put out a beautiful spread of local treats for both breakfast and evening snacks. Daniel was always good about explaining what was in the various hors d’oeuvres. One of us had a birthday, and Marcella made “Happy Birthday” dessert tray for us. Our room was kept immaculate. Fernando came by with chocolates every evening and a bright smile on his face. Sebastian, the general manager, arranged a private car to take us skiing. He was involved in making sure our trip was outstanding. Overall, a great experience. We will be staying at this hotel when we come back to Santiago.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights while visiting Santiago de Chile, and my experience was pretty good. Check-in process was smooth with no complaints other than the lack of staff to escort the luggage. We got a room in the middle of the building and the room was spacious and comfortable with working heater plus air conditioner for warning up from the chilly Santiago weather. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the breakfast due to the constraints of our tour but overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a good accomodation in the centre of Santiago.

To say this is an excellent hotel with a great location, service, facilities, and comfort really sums it up, but let me share just a little story. When my wife and I arrived at the airport and took what we thought was a legitimate taxi, we came to find out that it was actually a pirate with a black and yellow car exactly like the ”official taxi”. When we discovered our credit card had been compromised, the staff (front desk staff were the best I have ever dealt with, and I travel a lot) had their security chief go over security camera footage to observe our transaction in front of the hotel in an attempt to further identify the pirate by reading the license plate number. Too make a long story short, with their help our credit card problem was resolved, and we were ”off the hook”. That alone should do it, but the hotel was clean, the rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast area was as good as I have ever seen (and it was included). Again, I cannot recommend this hotel enough...if you go to Santiago, wish to stay in the heart of the city close to the metro, and want to deal with people who really care about you and go above and beyond excellent service, STAY IN THIS HOTEL! You will have no regrets.

Let's start with the fact that I've been using Booking for many years, and I know that their policy regarding room photos means you get what you book, the pictures when you choose a room are not just ”sample” pictures. We ordered a large room with two bright windows, but got a room with one window that faced a wall. Arriving in the evening at the hotel, leaving in the morning for the flight. So, the first disappointment - a different room. Secondly, since we are just friends, we always choose a twin room, but since there wasn't any available, we settled for an “extra large double bed,” but the room had a regular double bed. The bathroom floor was filthy. The bathroom fan made a noise like a motorcycle. All of this was just the beginning of the upcoming tragedy. The shower - no hot water. Not even warm. First, we were told to wait for 20 minutes. Then we were asked to turn it off, wait again for 10 minutes. One of us was already wrapped in a towel, hoping for a shower. The other was trying to find a solution at the reception. The water was still freezing. The receptionist, although trying to help, was irritated and didn't hesitate to say that it wasn't his fault. Finally, he suggested taking a shower in another room. We grabbed our belongings and went there - a small room on the third floor, where we actually found the “extra large double bed”. Although there was no window and the room was much smaller, at that stage, the most important thing was the shower. We asked about the morning shower, and the receptionist said we could either come back in the morning or move to this room now. Although it was on the third floor and each of us had large baggage, we decided to move, especially since the bigger bed (which we ordered) allowed us to have a comfortable sleep separately. The receptionist offered help with baggage, but never helped. The reception looked rather offended. No one offered us even a cup of tea as an apology. As if the shower was just a whim of ours. Then breakfast was supposed to start at 8 am. We had to leave for the plane at 8:40, so we wanted to have breakfast at 8, being washed up and packed. We went downstairs at 8:05. There was no buffet or set tables. After 5 minutes, the lady brought us a glass of juice and a yogurt, without a spoon. After another 5 minutes (8:15), she brought us cutlery, tea, and toast bread. She asked if we wanted scrambled eggs, we said yes. She asked if we wanted ham with that, to which we said 'no ham' and 'vegetarian'. After another 5 minutes (8:20), the lady brought us scrambled eggs with ham in.. ketchup/jam tiny bowls. I told her I requested no ham, and she said there was no such possibility because they were making it all on one pan, and we had to either eat it with ham or not eat it at all…. 😊 I went to the reception to say that requesting plain scrambled eggs after waiting for 20 minutes was not a sophisticated request, and asked for scrambled eggs without anything. I can't say enough about the service, we felt like family from the minute we walked in [security, front desk, restaurant, room service, everyone]. Quiet, spacious, and clean room and bathroom. Love the bathrobes and the comfortable beds. It was so convenient to have a small but regular refrigerator. Having the ability to close the doors to the bedroom allow us to have guest for meetings prior to go to the restaurant for dinner. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious and prices very reasonable. Personnel made it easy with reservations and attention to my guests. The pool was heated and with great city views and open space. Sauna was a great plus. My teen and guests love the game room. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely go back.

My wife and I tried to check into the hotel a little earlier than expected and there were no rooms available. So the receptionist would hold our bags until we’d get back from our day out in Santiago. We enjoyed a great evening out in Santiago, and arrived back at the hotel at about 11 pm to check into our room. We walked into the hotel to check in and get our room key - there was no security guard outside, no requirement to swipe the room key, and the door does not automatically close. My wife and I were talking to the receptionist IN THE LOBBY, I mentioned to the receptionist that the door should automatically close or they should have someone at the door, a second later a thief snatched my wife’s phone, which was under her arm. The thief ran out, jumped into a waiting car, and took off. We sprinted after the man, but he was long gone. The hotel advised the Carabineros (Chilean police) wouldn’t arrive until 4 am, that they were having an unusually busy Tuesday night, and we might as well wait until tomorrow morning to file a police report. As we were going back and forth with the receptionist and my wife is crying hysterically, and we are advising guests walking in of what just occurred, the receptionist is trying to quiet us down and to not scare the guests. The receptionist was indifferent and ambivalent, no apologies, and showed no consideration. Not reporting it immediately was a critical mistake, and surely done on purpose by the hotel to avoid having a scene of several police officers and my wife crying in their lobby. After barely sleeping we went to the PDI, the sophisticated Chilean police investigators, they advised that they couldn’t take the report, had to be the carabineros. We went to a carabinero station and filed a report. At first, the carabineros gave us a very hard time for us not having filed the report immediately. Telling us we made a huge mistake by not reporting it immediately, and even thought it was a little over 12 hours since the incident occurred. However, after pleading with them, explaining what the hotel told us, stressing we are foreigners and do not know the laws in Chile, they finally made a report. The Hotel Sommelier Boutique is NOT safe and they do not care about their guests.
