The Double Tree by Hilton Santiago is an incredibly neat and tidy hotel with magnificent views of the Andes, absolutely breathtaking. However, the room service app doesn’t work properly, leaving customers unsure if their orders went through. Despite this minor issue, it’s a great place to stay, and I do recommend it.

In my opinion, the price does not match the quality, for $150 per day the hotel does not offer free drinking water, no slippers, robes, all toiletries are for an additional fee.
