"The hotel is conveniently located. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are flexible at the time of needing a late checkout. This is a fantastic option for travelers, especially those with late arrivals and/or early departures since the hotel is adjoining the airport terminal."

"Please note lightning protection room 410, which contains a huge air conditioner outdoor unit, making it almost impossible to sleep well at night. But the attitude of the housekeeping staff is pretty good and the cleaning is also very responsible.
Please note that the location of this hotel is not a very safe area. This is my first time coming to Chile. Almost all partners reminded me that the area near Plaza de Armas is not very safe and I need to pay attention to my mobile phone."
"This hotel is unexpectedly good, with free airport pick-up, early check-in time, rich breakfast, and warm service.
The room is super large, with two queen-size beds, clean and soft bedding, and comfortable mattresses. There are three pillows, hard, soft, and medium.
The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the faucet water is very strong, and it is easy to turn on and off, without worrying about splashing water when turning on and off.
A bottle of bottled water and 2 coffee capsules are provided free of charge every day.
It is close to the airport, but no noise can be heard in the room, and the sound insulation effect is excellent.
The security guards in the parking lot are very responsible and very friendly.
There is a swimming pool."
"The city center is very close to Mount Our Lady and Plaza de Armas. The decoration is great and the rooftop restaurant and swimming pool are also great."

"The hotel is far from the main road and is quiet. The facilities are a bit old, the rooms are small and expensive. Breakfast is disappointing, but foreign breakfast is generally so, nothing to look forward to."
"The location of the apartment is very good, ten minutes walk to the weapons square, and there are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes around. The kitchen in the room is fully equipped, you can cook, the bathroom is too small, the room is not soundproof."
"Facilities: Pool and gym, room with washing machine with drying function
Service: Towels are cleaned daily and sheets are changed every 3 days
Environment: convenient shopping transportation, there is a small activity park nearby"

Outstanding
GGuest UserI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night.
There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix.
The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish.
Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!
GGuest UserLocated in the city center, the hotel offers guests an unforgettable stay. The hotel's design is full of oriental style, combining modern comfort with traditional charm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with complete facilities, luxurious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The service attitude is warm and thoughtful, and the staff is professional and helpful. The hotel's dining options are rich and varied, whether it is authentic Asian cuisine or international cuisine, the quality is satisfactory. In addition, the hotel also has a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool, providing an ideal place to relax.

AAAYAThe best choice with perfect services. RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel was new and very comfortable hotel with so nice interior and exterior. It's so best location near of Mall Costanera Center and CBD. Very beautiful views. Also the hotel rooms with the kitchen, Including all kitchen equipments and accessories. Hotel's front desk was very kindly and warmly. My flight was in the morning early after my staying at the hotel. Front desk (Her name was Catalina) delivered my breakfast to my room previous day. Also she gave me very nice room with excellent views. The window was looking to the Sky Costanera Center, I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk Catalina and her colleague who was a guy. I want to say them thank you so much again. See you soon in beautiful Santiago de Chile again 🇨🇱💕👍👍
GGuest UserThere was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.
GGuest UserRecommended, good value for money, very clean, if you go to Easter Island, you can store your luggage for free, the airport bus is just opposite the hotel, 2,000 pesos is very cheap! Go straight inside the bus station and go out from Gate 4. The bus to the airport is at No. 22, which only sells tickets for the day. The bus leaves at 7 am every day, every 20 minutes. Just prepare change to give to the driver. If you take the bus from the airport, you can see T1 when you exit Gate 6, and T2 when you exit Gate 4. You can buy tickets at the baggage claim exit and at the bus stop, and get off at the end. Go out of the bus building and turn right to the traffic light on the four-lane road. The roadside building across the road is this hotel, with a glass door, not very obvious.
ZZHENTAOThe environment is beautiful, the location is good, there is a large supermarket next to it, the rooms are comfortable and hygienic, and the morning is rich. Facilities are very user-friendly and the scenery outside the window is good. Good value for money, but also staying next time.
CCUILIIn the upscale community, there are many good restaurants around, and there is a Chinese restaurant with street foods on the opposite side of the hotel. There are six recommended dishes, each of which is very good. Order a bottle of Chilean eighteen arhats, the price is similar to the supermarket. The design and decoration of the hotel is very artistic, and the first floor has sculptures and paintings for sale. The service is very good, the room is spacious, the breakfast choice is more, the welcome drink is available, and you can go to the terrace restaurant on the 9th floor. The companion said that the service is much better than the nearby Ritz Carlton service. I also borrowed a kettle from the front desk to boil hot water. The restaurant on the first floor is also very good and the price is reasonable. There is also a Japanese restaurant in the hotel. There are a shopping mall at three or four intersections.

DdisasterEXEMy wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to.
The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once.
The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.
