Arriving early from the US and traveling just 20 min from airport we paid extra to get in to our deluxe triple room 27 early . This room is on the street so cars going by constantly. Beds comfortable and the room very clean. Check in is at 3:00. Breakfast was fine.

Very good service. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Close to transportation and many good restaurants They allowed a later check out time so we didn't have to wait at the airport our late flight Nice experience in Santiago

Lovely hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is well located for sightseeing in the city. Our room was very comfortable and we slept really well. The roof terrace is very nice and we had the set lunch up there and it was delicious and beautifully served. Breakfast was good and a nice selection of things to choose from. A very nice place to stay.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Roof terrace restaurant pretty and spacious. They had ran out of the vegetarian main on the menu but offered to make me a mushroom risotto which was splendid. Breakfast was good and well stocked despite being busy. The next morning we had planned to chill on the roof terrace with a coffee and book before our long flight home. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel so that we could relax before our journey in some outside space It was locked until 1pm. I also had a broken ankle and was unable to walk to local coffee shops etc.. when we asked at reception the manager very kindly opened the rooftop area just for us 2 hours early and sent a member of staff to make us a coffee. Exceptional service.

Delightful hotel with wonderful modern reno to a charming older frontage. Room was large with great bedding and bathroom amenities. Breakfast included was good, although those robotic toasters are always a fail! A delightful find was delicate tea cups and caucers and individual teapots for this devoted tea drinker. Great location for walking in central part of city and nearby districts. My room had no view but was quiet and had plenty of natural light if desired. Thoroughly recommended.

Pros: - Huge comfortable bed and modern room - Excellent and friendly service - Very good breakfast in a beautiful room - Nice building in a cool part of town and not too far from the airport Cons: - Although our room was on the 6th floor, it was very noisy because there is an open atrium which means all the noise from the lobby echos upwards. This is such a shame because the room was otherwise great but there is not much that can be done about it unless the architecture is changed!

The hotel was fabulous and the deco was very stylish. We had a great room which was very spacious, comfy bed and lovely bathroom which had an excellent shower. The hotel had a rooftop restaurant and bar which was a lovely spot for drinks and dinner. Breakfast and the service were spot on too. The hotel is centrally located close to Santa Lucia hill which provides great views of the city. There is also a cool neighbourhood close by which has lots of fab places to eat and drink.

Beautifully appointed modern hotel in an old mansion. A great combination of new and old architecture. Easy accessibility to many sites in Santiago. The staff are very friend. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. But the roof-deck bar, with it's food and drink selection, service and views, is worth the price of your stay.
