Katherine was so nice and accommodating as I arrived late at night but she met me no issues. Full time front desk and pool was nice. Please remember these are apartments so no shampoo, bodywash or toothbrush etc. towels were left on bed and the bed was super soft and amazing! Very quiet and located block or so from palace in case you wanted to see the changing of the guard.

The worst place that we stayed in during our stay in Chile. Apartment is in dire need of maintenance and a coat of paint. Walls look dirty. Linen is clean but very stained and very old. Curtains feel and look dirty. Windows filthy. Balcony dirty. The chairs around the counter are broken. The kitchen is very badly equipped. We were unable to cook as no proper kitchen equipment. They don't service the apartment during your stay. They advertise a laundry yet it was a mission to be able to use it. We asked on the first day we arrived and were given the run around by Katherine (via whatsapp) . We eventually, after a lot of threatening messages to Katherine got a card at 9pm the night before departing to be able to do washing.

Apartments begging for maintenance. The smell of food permeated the room and the sofa, people in a bad mood at the reception. I wore shoes the whole time in the room and even wore flip-flops in the shower. I was desperate to get out of there. The only thing that makes it VIP is the name. If you can, stay somewhere else.

The photos are excellent. One thing is sold and when you arrive at the place it is totally different. Bathrooms that don't work. We stayed in one that had two bedrooms - one didn't work and the other was extremely cramped and water was leaking everywhere. Bad smell everywhere.

Hotel falling apart, if it was 4 stars, it's not anymore. No air conditioning, soap, cleaning, nothing, it seems that you are in a building in the favela and not in a hotel, security guards are the receptionists and do not know how to do anything. 5 nights of total terror, noise in the corridors, knocking on your bedroom door, half night people drilling the wall, surreal to bad.
