Amazing big room, very well located in Santiago downtown. Very smooth check in and even allowed to enter in the room at 10:30 am. Breakfast is quite sorted of options and very delicious . I haven’t used the swimming pool because the water was too cold. Excellent option for three days in Santiago. Welcome drinks were an extra amazing thing.

The food in the restaurant is very good, has a nice atmosphere, good location

The room is very nice. The location is central and convenient to go everywhere. You can walk to a Japanese restaurant to eat ramen 🍜

Near the Plaza de Armas, you can exchange currency and get a traffic card within 100 meters. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Very convenient. Breakfast is OK, and you can also experience the a la carte dinner menu⋯⋯

The hotel is not bad, a little old, but it's OK. The breakfast is good and the surrounding is convenient.

The facilities are old and the towels seem to have not been replaced for many years.

The room was clean and hygienic. It was close to the city center and all attractions were within walking distance. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't know how it was. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and I even encountered a marathon.

The room is well furnished and the location is excellent, not far from the Plaza de Armas and the Presidential Palace. The breakfast is also OK, there is a swimming pool, and the staff is friendly. The only problem is that the front desk of such a high-end hotel can't even provide a toothbrush, which seems to reduce it to a comfortable hotel.
