O hotel me surpreendeu muito positivamente! Muito limpo o quarto, roupas de cama e toalhas limpissimas e algo que valorizo muito é um bom banho num banheiro higienizado e com certeza o hote oferecia. A cama muito confortavel. Uma vista ótima, além de otima localização, menosde 10 minutos a pé da Catedral, mercado municipal e metro... Café da manhã bem variado( tinha morangos, cerejas, comidas típicas, vários tipos de queijos) e o que nunca tinha recebido em nenhum outro hotel é o kit lanche que oferecem caso você precise sair para um passeio antes do serviço do café começar, basta agendar!!! Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza, a cortesia e atendimento também são pontos de destaque. Valeu muito a experiência!

O quarto é maravilhoso, roupa de cama muito limpa e de qualidade , banheiro e ducha maravilhoso , atendentes muito prestativo e simpáticos, dias de passeio que tínhamos que sair antes das 7 para o café, eles preparam umasacplinha com lanche para levarmos . O hotel fica bem mo centro perto de muitas coisas e para ir até o shopping acesso muito fácil pelo metrô.

A localização é boa perto dos pontos turísticos do centro Os quartos são bons camas confortáveis Chuveiro razoável quente mas muito pouca água O que não é muito bom é o atendimento assim como qualquer atendimento no Chile !!! No caso do hotel funcionários do Restaurante mal educado O café começa às 7:15 sendo que os passeios saem no mínimo as 6 hr e mesmo assim o hotel não nos avisou que podíamos pedir um desjejum O café é de boa qualidade Porém gostaria de ressaltar a funcionária da recepção Cíntia ela é completamente diferente dos demais prestativa preocupada com os hóspedes gentil Me ajudou muito quando meu celular foi roubado no metrô ainda bem que era ela que estava na recepção esse dia

Fui una semana para un torneo en la ciudad. Lo que destaco es la ubicación. Lo negativo son varias cosas; fundamentalmente la voluntad e intención de la encargada/ dueña. Por ejemplo en la cena dan un vaso de jugo con el menú y nos negaron un vaso de agua porque dicen que todo lo cobran. El internet no es bueno, no se pueden hacer llamadas por Whatsapp cuando estás conectado a la red, imaginen cuando todo un contingente de extranjeros no puede hacer llamadas. En la cena te apuran para que comas y te vayas , estás con la entrada y te traen el plato, sin terminar la cena te traen el helado y se derrite, etc
