Windsor Suites Hotel

Hotel with great location, huge and comfortable beds, but old, and we thought the breakfast would be a buffet with options, but it was only bread and eggs, then you could add cheese and ham, black coffee or tea. Only that. We ate this for 7 days, apart from 1 loaf per person. Maids leave messages asking for a tip (bribe) of a thousand pesos a day, so we didn't let them, every day the room became less tidy, cleaning was less careful.

We stayed at this hotel through the Hotel Urbano, Hurb, I have nothing to complain about, it's an old hotel, an old structure, from the outside when I saw it on the street view I was a little scared, but when we arrived we were attended to by a very friendly receptionist , trying to speak Portuguese with the gte in such an affectionate way, which already made me feel relieved. The structure is old, the bathroom still has a bathtub and plastic curtain, very common in other countries such as Argentina and Uruguay, anyone who has stayed there will see that it follows the same pattern. We didn't have breakfast because we left very early for our tours, but the receptionist herself told us that it was very simple, I thought it was very honest on her part. Excellent shower, very hot water to give you a great rest after a full day of sightseeing, hot and cold water in the bathroom taps and a sink that looks like a small kitchen, but doesn't have a microwave or anything you can use to prepare meals .and bed, 2 heaters in the room, several blankets, we didn't get a single bit of cold. The best thing about it is the location, you are steps away from the metro, supermarket, and the best cafes, restaurants and bars in Lastarria. The minibar is free and you fill it with your purchases. There is a restaurant at the hotel, but we didn't eat there. Spacious room. TV with several channels. On my next trip I would definitely stay again.
