Une véritable porcherie ! Ni les draps ni les serviettes ne sont changés entre deux clients, tout l'appartement est entièrement défoncé, rien ne fonctionne. La salle de bain est entièrement remplie de champignons sur les murs, c'est une véritable horreur.

Los departamentos son un verdadero asco, entre 2 huéspedes no cambian las sábanas ni las toallas. Dentro todo está totalmente destrozado, no funciona nada, nunca hacen aseo. Seguramente la peor opción en Santiago.

Un verdadero asco! No cambian las sábanas ni las toallas entre 2 huéspedes, la cama estaba llena de pelos y manchas , el departamento estaba totalmente destrozado,nada funcionaba. Nunca me había tocado dormir en un lugar tan sucio.

Eerlijk is eerlijk. Het is een goedkope kamer dus je hoeft geen topkamer te verwachten, maar deze kamer was echt vies en oud. Schimmel in de badkamer, brandgaten in de gordijnen, loshangend behang, vlekken op de doorgezakte bank en een dekbed met vlekken. Het zwembad en de gym waren overigens ook gesloten. Dat stond niet vermeld bij de reservering. Verder was het erg druk in de flat en moest je lang wachten op de lift.

Se contacto el servicio de arriendo dpto, para san alfonso del mar, en algarrobo, se deposito lo solicita el 50%, despues de eso no respondieron, no enviaron confirmacion... fraude. atention with the service, i booking dpto in Algarrobo, but never was confirmed the pay and book, lost the money
