Nice little boutique hotel. Not a lot of amenities like a spa but the room was very well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location in a nice neighborhood very near the metro. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

Front desk people were very nice and friendly. Location is fine. Subway station near and restaurants being couple of blocks away. But the rooms are really small. For this price, I would expect something more spacious. Loundry services they offer are available for a fraction of price just couple of streets away.

It was an excellent stay, the hotel is simple, but comfortable and clean, breakfast was ok, staff were super attentive and helped us a lot with tips, the hotel has an excellent location We went and came back by metro, as the station is practically next to the hotel Cerro SAN Cristobal and Costa Era are also very close, making it possible to even walk. My husband and I loved our stay

The bad thing first The hotel facilities are bad, the refrigerators in the rooms make noise, so we unplugged them and the next day the floor woke up all wet. The air conditioning in our room is in the window so we couldn't close the curtain so in the morning at dawn the light was already hitting our faces, we closed the curtain and we died of heat. The good thing is the excellent attention we received from the two very kind and friendly receptionists and it is the only thing I can save about the hotel. Daniel was called a very nice, kind and loving one. The person who helped us at night, I don't know his name, but he was also very kind. Cleanliness was good in the hotel. As a recommendation to the hotel, I would tell them to keep the refrigerators unplugged so they save electricity and if a passenger needs them, they can leave a note saying that they have the option of plugging them in.

The hotel looks old, we stayed in what was called the presidential suite and it left a lot to be desired. The breakfast was good but the friendliness of the staff was not. The person who checked us in was really unpleasant. For the price there are much better hotels.
