Absolutely gorgeous apartments. Amazing views from the balcony areas and overall stunning apartments/grounds which are beautifully maintained. Very relaxing area. Only a short stay of two nights for us, but I would not hesitate to return. Thank you to all staff

Things we really liked about this aparthotel were the light, spacious and comfortable room, well equipped, spotlessly clean, the view from the balcony (top floor) over the town and to La Gomera beyond, the staff were all lovely, the pool was great for a proper swim when not being divebombed by kids and the food we had at breakfast and the two themed dinner evenings we went to all excellent. The walk down the hill to the village and back up is ok if you take the shortcut steps and not a problem for us but might need to use taxis if you're not very agile. Downsides for us were our noisy neighbours - both the adults and their children had no volume switch or consideration for others. It would be a perfect hotel (in our experience) if it was adults only. The challenge of trying to get a parking space outside on the street every day.

The hotel, staff, management, location, and views are world-class. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Dining options are good, and breakfast, with excellent views, is a great way to start the day. The hotel is fresh and modern, with excellent Indian and Italian cuisine nearby. Street parking is safe and abundant. It’s a 50km trip to Teide volcano. For car hire, ask the hotel; they are very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Our first visit here over Xmas 2024 - it won't be our last. A lovely little quaint complex, designed to a high, clean & lovely spec. The rooms are spacious & well equipped with everything you need. The pool area is great with spectacular views over LG & out to La Gomera. The staff are excellent, and the food from the poolside bar is superb. All in all, a wonderful & enjoyable stay - I would 100% recommend.

This is the second time my partner and myself have stayed here in the last 12 months. I would not fault the standard of the accomodation and the general pristine cleanliness of the whole resort. Excellent cleaning service on a more or less daily basis from the very friendly housekeeping staff. However, as a couple who enjoy cooking and utiliising the fabulous local seafood and produce I have to say that the kitchen facilities and utensils are somewhat lacking. No big deal but it could do with a certain amount of upgrading. Lastly, as Ive said this is the second time in a year we have been here. Both times we have had a room on the first floor. Be warned if you like a view. At the moment the palm trees are currently highly overgrown and obscure virtually what should be an amazing view over the harbour and out to La Gomera. We did ask on our initial arrival if we could be moved to the second floor because of this and were told by a rather surly and unhelpful member of staff who's name started with a letter T, that this was impossible as they were fully booked. However, the above apartments were largely empty the week we stayed. Hey Ho! I would still recommend these appartments to anyone looking to visit Los Gigantes, but wonder what you have to do to be allocated to get onto the second floor for the great views? Maybe it would be an idea to change the info on the booking portal to specify exactly where you will be situated and on what floor, rather than leave it down to in our case, a rather unsymphathetic member of staff who actually rolled his eyes and sighed deeply when we dared to ask for a move up top! Got to laugh though!!
