"Every time I travel here, the restaurant is open 24 hours, no matter when I arrive, I don't have to worry about starving. The breakfast was very rich, the choice was particularly large, the number of times I went, the waiter in the restaurant knew me, and I had to say hello every time I went. He is now the signboard of this restaurant, and the promotional films are all his heartfelt smile, which is very healing. I admit that part of the reason for living here is because of this gentleman. The room is large and comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it for a few hours this time, and I will stay here next time I have a chance."

"The hotel was very friendly and helpful in the reception and restaurant. The hotel is a little withdrawn, it is noticed that it has a few years ago, many noises are heard if you stay at Piso 1 but... the rooms are comfortable. Good cocktails, enough. Breakfast was pleasant."

GGuest UserCheck-in was from 3 o'clock, but we arrived at 11 o'clock, so we were going to have our luggage checked in, and when we called to the front desk, the room was vacant, so I was very helpful because I was able to say that it was okay from now on, and after relaxing a little in the room, I was able to go out on foot for sightseeing in the city. Thank you for your flexible response.
The location is very convenient as it is in front of the bus stop and near the main tourist spot in Keretaro.
Unfortunately, the temperature of the shower did not rise enough, and when I went to the toilet, the lights were on and the ventilation fan turned around with a relatively loud noise, so when I went to the toilet in the middle of the night, It was a pity that I woke up my companion. It may be only a problem with the room we used. The room was too large.
Breakfast was a buffet and there were various dishes. * I ordered and made the dishes, but the omelet was delicious and I got two dishes. The waitresses were moving and comfortable, so I put 50 pesos on the chip.

HHelmutIt was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.
