Very nice hotel located in the city cente and 10min walking to Santiago de Compostela cathedral. Receptionist was very efficient and polite . The comfy room was very clean. The bathroom has a small bath provided relaxing warm water for my feet after 5 hours of pilgrimage walking to Santiago. Strongly recommend this property.

As the title says the Windsor is a cheapish hotel in a quiet area of Santiago. The rooms are basic and have all the things you need except one, tea/coffee making facilities which make the for me the ideal cheapish hotel.

Well located hotel, comfortable room and bathroom, good shower. The building hast a lift. Breakfast, though not included in price, is ok. The great con was the wifi. It did not work or was very feeble in the room.

2 star hotel with acceptable and clean rooms and bathrooms. Few soaps (insufficient), small shower towel. Breakfast to be paid daily 5€: at the buffet you can only take jam, dry biscuits and yogurt. At the counter they ask for bread (2 slices) and they make a fuss because you have reached 5€. Total absence of salty. Excellent location for the center. I park the car 6-700 meters away for free outdoors.

The hotel is excellent value for money. Although it is not a luxury hotel, it has everything you need from good service, excellent location (100 meters from the historic center), clean facilities and very acceptable rooms with en suite bathrooms. The hotel offers a breakfast with cereals, toast or some kind of pastry, juice and coffee. Although it is not buffet style, it is a sufficient breakfast and many more expensive hotels do not offer it. We recommend this hotel in Santiago de Compostela as a very good hotel. Its employees are excellent.

Terrible, unclean, bad service. The bathrooms are dirty, with mold between the tile joints, the counter person has no service attitude, they handed over the room with a dirty bathroom and the trash can used by previous guests. For the same price, you can get something better.

Everything was very clean. We arrived later than the agreed time and the gentleman who greeted us at reception (I don't remember his name but he was tall and had a beard), greeted us very kindly and friendly. He advised us where to shop, where to eat, and gave us a map to guide us through the streets... I recommend this hotel, which is very well located.

Not really a pilgrim hotel...The structure is poorly maintained and the staff is not friendly. The rooms have defects especially in the bathrooms. Despite the non-central location the prices are quite high.
