This bright and well designed hotel was a fitting culmination to our stays on the Camino. The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous and the breakfast each morning plentiful with a good variety. The Wifi did not work in our room, only in the restaurant and even TV reception poor - otherwise we found it quiet but still very convenient.

El hotel Concheiros nos ha sorprendido muy gratamente. Está muy bien ubicado, a cinco minutos de la catedral. La limpieza es excelente. Os recomendamos el desayuno, zumo natural, tostadas, bollería,... Nos alojamos el la última planta. La habitación tiene una terraza con vistas espectaculares

Hotel é pulito e in una zona periferica, non troppo lontana dal centro, il bagno é piccolo con articoli di cortesia presenti, anche la stanza é molto piccola con un vano vuoto dove riporre le cose dove pendono alcuni attaccapanni, ma la cosa scandalosa sono gli 80 euro che mi sono stati chiesti per una notte, senza colazione a fronte di un rapporto qualità prezzo molto sfavorevole. Accoglienza molto fredda, sembra che ti fanno un favore a darti una camera, check out ho dovuto aspettare che con comodo arrivasse qualcuno per farlo. In Spagna con questa cifra di solito si ottiene molto di più anche in luoghi estremamente turistici, figurarsi a Maggio!

Prenotato una camera matrimoniale tramite Booking , L’ Hotel, solo in tarda serata , tramite mail, ci avvisa che non ne ha disponibili e ci assegna due camere con letti singoli, mettendoci in evidente difficoltà e costringendoci a prenotare all’ ultimo momento una camera dai costi elevati. Al nostro rifiuto ci addebita L’ intero importo della notte , dando la colpa a Booking. Ma la tutela del consumatore dove è finita?

Por motivos de doença não pude viajar. Falei e expliquei a situação ao hotel via telefónica. Solicitaram envio de email, o que foi efectuado de imediato. Ao final de 24h ainda não tinha qualquer resposta do hotel. Voltei a enviar mais dois emails e nunca obtive qualquer feedback. Não é digno, em qualquer negócio, deixar um cliente sem resposta. Não aconselho nenhuma experiência que assenta sobretudo na falta de apoio e resposta aos clientes.
