I had a reservation made on February 15th for this establishment. One night on August 6th. Upon arrival they told us that this reservation was not saved because their app, which we booked through Booking and with a confirmation email, had not saved the reservation. After a back and forth with the staff, who despite not being at fault were not at all helpful or empathetic, they suggested another reservation at another hotel 1km AWAY!!!! We had to accept it but were very indignant. In addition, they did not manage the change of suitcase (sent from the previous hotel to this one), but we had to do it ourselves. Very poor service, a serious problem with the MANAGEMENT OF THE RESERVATION and a NULL AND DISASTROUS RESOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM. We have gone from having a room reserved SINCE FEBRUARY in the very centre, after finishing the Camino, to having it 1KM FROM THE CENTRE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE, lack of resolution of the conflict, problems with the reservation when we had a confirmation email and everything... it is incredible that this happens today when it is easy to check and confirm a reservation. THIS SITE IS NOT TRUSTED. Be careful. And that is, we have not had any problems during our trip, but do not go to CASA DOURO.
