Truly awful. Rooms are filthy. Mold everywhere. Looks like an old hospital or insane aslyum. Hidden charges on your credit card when you leave. No hot water. Everything is run down. Do not stay here. Drunk locals passed out on the lawns. Waste of money. Charged $20 USD to have clothes washed- most every in all of our travels. Horrific experience. Really ruined our time in Santiago and they have given this beautiful village a bad name.

I was there for a retreat and it was the perfect backdrop and setting for beautiful and powerful transformations to take place. It is an incredible hotel and restaurant on the breathtaking and powerful Lake Atitlan. The food was delicious and made with so much love. The hospitality was incredible and everyone went above and beyond. I can’t wait to go back!

Great staff, comfortable beds and the most beautiful location/grounds I've seen in a long time. It was extremely relaxing to walk through the extensive gardens down to the lake to just take it all in. In addition, the restaurant had excellent food and great service.

Hotel che vissuti tempi migliori. E' un vecchio edificio anni ottanta, con un malandato, arredato in modo vecchio, e le camere hanno solo vista sul giardino. Il personale però è eccezionale, la cucina ottima, il giardino molto piacevole e, dal pontile (solo da lì) si ha una bella vista sui vulcani. L'hotel organizza escursioni in barca sul lago che partono direttamente. Direi che lo standard è da tre stelle
