One of the best and friendly places to stay,I been going for 8 years, same outstanding services from, concierge/door men,kitchen staff,front desk and housekeeping gives 💯 with a smile, they the friends that treat you like family!!

Theservise is ok but I think they need to do some innovation

It is clean, tidy and bright, the service of each staff is sincere and comfortable, and the price is affordable. There is a small restaurant on the sixth floor where you can dine at a cheap price. The location is located outside the city center. The traffic noise is a bit loud. It is not suitable for those who need quiet. It is close to the Heroes Monument and can be reached within 10 minutes on foot.

The overall experience is very good. The environment and hygiene are good. The room is large and the lighting is good. The front desk staff can speak English. There are also many restaurants and attractions around. It is very suitable for both business trips and vacations.

Excellent service The staff was very considerate and took the initiative to call a taxi There were free cocktails in the executive corridor on the 6th floor The room had its own balcony and the facilities were very new The staff also took the initiative to delay our check-out

A very average hotel, livable, but the soundproofing is not good, the transportation is quite convenient.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and assists with whatever is needed. Location is perfect and the parking lot is a big plus

The service always wonderful. Breakfast always great. The only thing that we didn't like was the renovation that was going on. We were placed in a room where we couldn't even breath because of the smoke/dust/paint. We asked to be changed to another room and they changed floors but another renovation was going on. So each time when we came out of the room there was so much dust it was hard to breath. The room is always very clean, door men are always wonderful but I do think they should close the floors that are being renovated. The General Manager should of thought about this better. We come to stay every single year but next year if it's like that again, we will have to find another place.
