Fiquei na casa da árvore e a experiência foi maravilhosa! Local tranquilo, quieto, muita natureza. Quarto muito limpo, com telas nas janelas e porta, dá pra dormir com as janelas abertas tranquilamente, sem medo de entrar mosquitos. Nos fundos do hotel há uma prainha, sossegada tb. Café da manhã é simples, mas muito bom. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Há adoráveis gatinhos que vivem lá. Curti demais e pretendo voltar! Único ponto a melhorar: falta um ar condicionado na recepção, complicado pros funcionários passarem o dia naquele calor somente com ventilador.

Hotel antigo, com grande área verde, acesso ao lago do rio tapajós, piscina, restaurante. Café da manhã simples com itens básicos Restaurante, bom . Atendimento muito bom com funcionários cordiais. Apartamento com TV q não funciona muito bem, colchão muito antigo. Toalhas de qualidade muito simples

Devo mencionar primeiramente o atendimento dos funcionários, que são impecáveis e super atenciosos. Os quartos são super aconchegantes, ficamos na casa da árvore na qual você consegue se conectar com a natureza, é algo maravilhoso acordar ao som da chuva e após ela passar, escutar o som dos pássaros cantando na varanda. So faltou ter o ferro de passar roupa para levar no quarto e ficar mais bonito nas fotos, kkkkkkkk mas fora isso estão de parabéns

Hotel não preocupado com hóspedes. Alugaram a praia do hotel para uma empresa organizar uma festa de ano novo. Barulho ensurdecedor até as 5 da manhã e ninguém conseguiu dormir. O ponto que não se preocuparam em avisar os hóspedes, simplesmente deixaram a festa acontecer (disseram que era uma empresa terceira) o combinado nao sai caro… Buscamos um hotel distante para descansar com a família e a “balada” foi dentro do quarto. O espaço foi cedido, mas os quartos todos foram impactados. Adicionalmente, bastante gente da organização da festa circulando, sem privacidade e a praia ficou sem condições de uso devido a montagem no dia anterior e a sujeira imensa no dia 1. Até a hora do almoço a praia (que faz parte da descrição do espaço do hotel) estava inutilizável. Nem um comentário foi feito antes, durante ou após a festa sobre o incômodo. Ofereceram o almoço cortesia no check out quando eu reclamei. Não recomendo, evite ter surpresas.
