Hotel with welcoming, well-maintained rooms. Clean. Excellent breakfast, and above all, very kind and helpful staff. Just steps from the center and very close to Rimini Fiera, we return every year for our girls' competitions!

......without being a hero... For a business trip, I stayed at this property for two nights. I'll start by saying I had high expectations, both from reading the excellent reviews on TripAdvisor and from the hotel's star rating. It's a real shame, because my expectations were seriously disappointed. The room wasn't 4-star, it didn't even have a bedside table due to lack of space, the bathroom was tiny... in short, it had a dated, shabby feel and atmosphere. The bed and pillows weren't very restful; I came home with a stiff neck, but that could also be my fault. Breakfast: why did I have to get up to ask for it, with four people upstairs happily minding their own business while drinking coffee? And they couldn't have missed me. Nothing serious, obviously, but these are the details that stand out and reveal a sense of indifference toward guests who may be in a bit of a rush in the morning, given that the visit isn't a pleasure trip. Checkout wasn't 4-star either, where the receptionist complained to me because the Booking service the company I work for uses hadn't yet settled the bill. Bottom line: given the good reviews, I'm hoping these were just a few "bad" days, but I've had far better experiences at 2-star hotels where you can stay much better for half the price.
