The room facilities want to be poor, and the bed shakes when it is unstable.
In a hotel that includes catering, the tableware is very unhygienic, and 9 of the 10 cups and plates are not cleaned. After eating at the Mexican restaurant at noon the next day, it was a disgusting day.
There was always a "dong...dong..." sound in the room at night. It was so noisy that I didn't sleep well all night. I complained to the hotel and the front desk had a bad attitude. On the last night, they said they could change the room for us (but we have more than 4 luggage and checked out the next day), BTW, there is no paper towel in the room, and there is no bottled water to drink tap water, but the tap water is salty, which means you have to buy water yourself, or go to the restaurant to drink water. This is a hotel that costs more than 400 euros a night

The service at the front desk is poor. It doesn't look like a resort hotel at all. The food is terrible and the food is the same every day.
The facilities and location are pretty good, the room still smells after a long time, and the bed still shakes!
