Hotel with a perfect location in the center to see Santander. Both the receptionists and the cleaners and the super nice waiter. The hotel is very good and the rooms are great. 100% recommended

Very bad treatment by the hotel, not allowing a friend to enter while I was showering, having to wait outside, bad treatment by the receptionist not wanting to initially make the complaint, only allowing me to enter when I indicated that I would call the police.

Very clean hotel, comfortable bedding and very welcoming staff. I recommend this hotel located near the train station. The breakfast is sufficient with excellent freshly squeezed orange juice! Don't hesitate to book, you won't be disappointed!

We stayed three nights in this hotel, we chose it on the recommendation of some friends who live in Santander and it was a success. It is very well located, close to the center on foot and next to the train and bus station, and a free parking area and closer to another blue zone. Simple hotel, since we must not forget that it is a 2-star hotel, but everything is very clean (they made our room every day), and with very pleasant and attentive staff. The bed was very comfortable, the only thing was the pillow was low for our liking but we asked for another one at the reception and without problems, they treated us very kindly and when we returned to the hotel we already had the other pillow. It has a cafeteria for breakfast, although it is not a buffet, they serve breakfast and they serve you very well. Many thanks to the cleaning staff, and we would definitely repeat this hotel.

Very expensive for services well below average. Tiny and dilapidated room, very noisy, no air because window onto patio closed. Bathroom bordering on unsanitary, broken joints in the shower and systematic flooding. Don't waste your money in this place!!
